If I could rate 0 star, I would rated. The service was horrible. I rented a small truck with about 1 and half hour, drove about 30 miles. It was cost almost 100$. Highly not recommended

Moving cross country in 2 days, and was supposed to pickup a tow dolly for our second car at this location. I was called one day before I was supposed to pick it up and told that they don't have it anymore at that location, even though I made a reservation! I called the uhaul "helpline" and ironically, the first thing they say on the recording is "to help us keep our promises to you..." what is a reservation if not a PROMISE to keep the equipment at that location?! They told me I could go get it at another location that closes at 4 that's 2 miles from the original pickup spot, but I have a 9-5, so that's not an option. I asked if they could go get it for me, since they were so adamant that it was ONLY 2 miles away, and of course they said no. So now I have to drive even further away to get this piece of equipment. Exactly what I want to do before driving across the entire country.

We rented a van yesterday and all went well until i got in the van and noticed the low tire sensor was blinking. Employee, Ron, said it's OK, the guys didn't reset the system. The tires looked OK and we left. We got up this morning to load more stuff and the tire is flat. I called the store and asked for a new truck or road side service. She said there was no time frame when they would be here and she couldn't give me a new truck. She said that it was unreasonable for them to bring us a truck. She even admitted that there was a van that had a bad sensor. My thought on that is that they should fix the sensor. To top it off she hung up on me. So we will not be using U-Haul again.

Their systems were down when I arrived, they didn't have any trucks available (although I made a reservation a week prior), they changed the location of my pick up without my consent, and they refused to reimburse me for the additional mileage or time wasted. I took a full day off work for nothing, and now we have to drive and pay for an additional 40 miles. Long story short, we won't be using U-Haul again.
