I went in for the first time and received a pedicure. Michelle did my pedicure. Everything was PERFECT ! All of the staff were extremely polite. Michelle was very attentive and detail oriented. She did not rush through my pedicure even though I came in about an hour before closing. The nail spa was extremely clean. I HIGHLY recommend this nail spa !!!

Mike and Tina are so sweet and talkative (which I personally enjoy at a nail salon)
They were so kind to me and willing to do what I needed. I feel like I got the exact result I wanted!
I did go with a classic French and I don’t live here but any time I’m back I will be coming here!
I even broke my middle finger nail earlier in the day so I needed to get a tip added to just one nail and you can’t even tell! Perfect job!

I just recently moved to Durham from Connecticut . This was the first nail place I tried and I’m so happy I did ! My experience was amazing and my nail tech was superb ! I felt very welcomed when I came in and I was also offered a variety of beverages to have during my appointment. A man did my nails and we had great conversation and he was very nice. I will continue to come back to get my nails done.

The entire staff at US Nails Spa is EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I have gone customer service is superb. Tina does EXCELLENT work!!! She always takes time to ask what I have upcoming to determine what vibe I'll need for my nails. Michelle is a beast with picking colors for skin tones and personalities. Michael provides the best reflexology. 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Tina and her daughter did an amazing job, fixing the mess other nail salon did on my acrylic nails. It will probably take one more visit to fix completely the mess but looks 100% better from how it looks, I 100% recommended it.
