This is for the pharmacy if you can call it that I would absolutely give zero stars if I could this location is so incompetent they have no clue what they’re doing have nasty attitudes and put me through hell every time I come to pick up my pain medication since june of last year ive had multiple surgeries and a broken shoulder and im treated like a drug dealer i am so sick of it the pharmacist is very rude as are the techs if you cannot treat your customers with compassion and do your job correctly move along so another person can you have sick people who need their meds on time which never happens it’s always an excuse why you cant fill a medication or get a pre authorization done correctly i was told 3 times by 3 separate people they faxed my Dr when i spoke with my Dr i was informed they had faxed nothing I could care less what your feelings on opioids are you are a pharmacist do your job fill the prescription thats what you’re there for ive also been told by techs that my Dr told them to tell em to stop a particular important mental health medication because it interacted with some of my other meds this was also a lie i found out from my psychiatrist this is dangerous you are messing with people’s medications and their mental health what is wrong with you all get your stuff together at this location quit hanging up on people as well or shut it down

Yet another review to say how poorly this pharmacy is managed. It used to be fairly decent during the Covid outbreak, but since 2023, they have been extremely slow and nonresponsive.Most recent experience- urgent care called in a prescription on Thursday morning at 8:30am. Knowing how bad walgreens is with scheduling, I waited until 2pm to even bother trying to get ahold of them.I tried calling them for a status update and sat on hold for 32 minutes until someone picked up the phone and hung it up.I then drove to the location for them to tell me that they have the order but it won't be ready until 3:30pm. I then come back at 6pm and they tell me they actually don't have that particular medicine (a fairly common antibiotic) and that I need to come back tomorrow.I am now calling them at 4pm on Friday and they are "checking on the status" and ask me to come back in an hour.At what point does "busyness" turn into laziness?Avoid this place!

Customer service in the pharmacy is horrible. I called about a prescription that was sent in at 9am because I received a message about a delay to be told it was taken out of the que when I called at 1245. There's always a line in the drive thru while they are standing around talking and laughinginstead of working. Last time filling a prescription at this pharmacy. The Pharmacist is the worst, he was fixing the air vent rather than filling prescriptions. Corporate office needs to take a look at this and get some staff that's efficient. Again this will be my last time filling anything here. Take my advice and find another Walgreens or go to CVS

My PCP accidentally sent my prescription to this Walgreens, which I no longer live near. They ALREADY billed my insurance for my medication, so I am unable to transfer my prescription to the pharmacy I actually use. I called them last night to try to remedy the situation and was on hold for 45 minutes with no answer before they closed for the day. I called them at opening this morning and was on hold longer than three hours before they hung up on me before answering my call. I went online to try to see if there was a way to cancel the prescription that way, and my online account shows no record of prescriptions. I am now on hold with my insurance company who is in turn on hold with THIS WALGREENS trying to confirm I did not in fact pick up the medication so I can get it AT THE PHARMACY I ACTUALLY USE WHERE I LIVE. Everyone's hands are tied and I am going without medication because this Walgreens CANNOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE APPARENTLY.

Get your vaccines somewhere else. I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time for two vaccines that took less than a minute to administer. Not sure what the point of having appointments is when the pharmacy operates this way.

On hold for 45 minutes regarding a Prescription. Need to shut this site down as it gives Walgreens a bad name. Call to manager also went unanswered. Guess it's hard to hire competent employees when you offer sheet pay? Or is the Manager incompetent?

Pharmacy hours are inconsistent; always call ahead.The business just updated the hours, and they are still incorrect based on the actual store’s pharmacy being open. Drove up here to be told it doesn’t open for another hour (even tho the google post says it’s open now) .Weekday it seems to open at 9Weekends it opens at 10am

HORRIBLE SERVICE THIS PLACE IS THE WORST FARMACY they lied to me about my medication first they told me on the phone they were out I asked when I can get it since I called almost a week anticipated and they said the doctor haven't returned the phone call to them to send the refill and then I looked up to transfer my prescriptions but they called me telling me to come and get the medication and I came to pick it up and NOW THEY DENIED THEY ME THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE CAUSE I SAID THEY CALLED AND TOLD ME WAS ALREADY TO BE PICKED UP UNBELIEVABLE HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is the most convenient pharmacy to me and I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was on hold to speak with a pharmacist for 36 min. before my call was cut off. When I called back the recording said there were three people ahead of me. I do not blame the staff as I see them run from cash register to the drive thru. There are simply not enough people to help customers and I'm sick of it. CVS is directly across the street and will now be my go-to drug store.

Pharmacy is always understaffed. Been an issue for three years. Prescriptions are never done in a timely manner. Serious operational issues in pharmacy. Whoever manages it should be fired.

Always takes 20+ minutes for my prescription because they are never ready.My finaly straw was waiting on hold to speak to a representative for 55 minutes today and had to hangup to get back to work. I had to call because my prescription was still not ready!!!Unacceptable

Hit or miss location.For some reason this location can either be really good or terrible depending on who is on staff. Specifically the Pharmacy.Seems to be a few people that will be on shift and I’ll be in line for over an hour. And on some occasions it’s almost as if they forget there’s a drive thru line.As I write this. I got here at 5:10pm on Aug 26th. 4 cars in the line. It took a long time for each vehicle. Now I’m second in line, it’s 6:30pm they close at 6. They seemingly abandoned the line and closed the pick up while me and another woman were clearly outside. It was well before 6pm when we were the only two vehicles. That was extremely disrespectful!Why tell me my prescriptions are ready for me to pick up, to ignore us in a line. You could have told us you were closing!

I'm leaving a review as it relates to the pharmacy/online reservation for COVID testing. I had an appointment at 4:45pm and finally made it to the window at 5:15pm (inside not an option). I was told they no longer have the test kits at this location and not sure why I was able to setup appointment online for this location. After reading reviews, it’s possible no kits or weighing towards staff not willing to assist! I gave a four because don’t believe entire store deserves a bad rating. Just my two cents for today!
