Our must stop family tradition on the way home from the beach. Forever "Strawberry Shortcakes' House" after our daughter called it that when she was just 2 yrs old. Years of homemade butter pecan, and blue vanilla ice cream cones eaten here over 20 yrs. Fresh corn, field grown tomatoes, squash, turnips, peaches and you can't forget the strawberries !! It's very family friendly, with clean restrooms and an area for the kiddos to get their wiggles out. Corn hole boards and and sand area for play. They even offer a free book section. We always pick up a pig ear to bring home for our pup!

We love to stop here when we come back from the beach. They have awesome produce. We also enjoy their ice cream. They have a place to walk your dog and a book exchange.

Love love this little place. It is a must to stop by every time you go by it. It is like a huge produce, Fruit, Old fashioned Candy, Canned jams, jelly's Pickles, handmade crafts.. and so much more...The ice cream is the best. The cashiers and the people that work there are awesome. It's just a nice place to stop and get you a little something and use the restroom.

Enjoyable quick trip with coworkers! Lots of goodies! I bought some fig preserves and adorable little pumpkins and yummy sweet corn. Prices are so low! Had a delicious pink vanilla milkshake which helped a woman currently going through breast cancer treatment. Picnic tables and rocking chairs for seating. Fun photo ops. Would be fun to bring the whole family!

Great stop right off the highway. Clean restroom, fresh produce and homemade ice cream. We stopped on our way home from vacation and it was a great alternative to a travel plaza or rest area. They had a BBQ truck that Saturday which we enjoyed grabbing a bite from.

Absolutely STOP. It’s my favorite part about returning home from vacation. They had a wide range of choices - blackberries, blueberries, peaches, and many vegetables. They are the best peaches you’ll get! They also had a long line for homemade ice cream (YUM). I would prefer them over Johnson’s Peaches down the highway - the Berry Patch accepts debit/credit cards as form of payment, while in the past I know Johnson’s did not.. making it extra tricky to get the produce.

The Berry Patch was a pleasant surprise as I became aware of its existence just a few days ago. On the interstate, I saw an informative sign and instantly felt berry good about things. Scrumptious treats that I will never get my hands on were everywhere. I will be back, but I probably never will.
