I cannot say anything about the work this company does because I did not use them, but their customer service is horrendous. I walked into their showroom and immediately asked if they sold to the public. They assured me they did and I proceeded to tell them I was looking for custom cabinetry. I was they would be with me shortly. No one else was in the showroom. After a 30 minute wait, I decided to leave because they were standing around and never assisted me. On my way out, I was asked by the same woman what I was there for and again, told her. I told her I had waited long enough and was going to leave and she became extremely sarcastic with me. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

We had a new quartz bath countertop installed by Carolina Kitchen & Bath. The staff was very helpful with making this whole process very easy. We love the finished job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do an update to their home!

Wonderful experience with recent kitchen upgrade and remodel plus a new bath countertop. Amber wa great to work with and very patient with changing ideas and wants from my side. Everything was on time despite current supply chain delays. Installers were efficient, respectful of the property and did a great job. Definitely would recommend.Service: Remodeling

Friday March 5th I went to ask about custom cabinets for my new home. Was greeted by a woman at the front desk. She said she was an accountant not a cabinet expert. I told her my need. She went to ask her boss. She came back with questions about the details of my cabinets. Again she went back to her boss. I could hear them in the back room. Note that I was the only customer in the store. I asked to speak with her boss since she didn't know cabinets and he did. She said "They're busy". I told her it was unprofessional for her to run back and forth with questions and that if the boss was too busy they must not need my business. She was unconcerned and walked back to her receptionist cubical. They Obviously only want late commercial customers and are too busy to make residential cabinets.
