Made a reservation online and called to ask a question about the payment. The very rude lady that answered my call, literally talked me out of the rental.

I had an insurance reservation. Their customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. The young ladies are rude and unprofessional.

Accepted my reservations for an economy car, when I made it to the reservation they said they only have an SUV & I had no choice but to pay an extra $16. I already Lyft to the location, very inconvenient & has no interest in solving the situation when the problem was created on their end. Go to the airport!!
