Expensive, unnecessary, and inexperienced services conducted here. I recommend finding a smaller shop off post and save a few thousand dollars.

I purchased 4 tires two weeks ago. I was planning to buy 2 tires, but with the rebates and $140 VISA debit card, I bought 4 new tires. It was a friendly, positive, and no pressure experience. I read the comments posted on-line and was hesitant to go there, but the service center is convenient to where I live, I went there to check them out personally. I had conducted thorough on-line research and had a good idea of the tires I needed. I met Sales Teammate, A. Love. She was very helpful, asking appropriate question, she recommended the tires I identified "the best" through my research. She also alerted me on all my possible cost savings rebates. I feel I got the best tires, at the best price, and I enjoy driving on 4 new tires. Based on my experience, I plan to use them for my other vehicle maintenance.

KEEP YOUR VEHICLES AWAY! The day after I took my vehicle here to get an oil change and a brake inspection, I took it to a tire place to have tires replaced. The tire place informs me that the tire sensor tip was cracked. So I call Firestone and the manager is conveniently "On a conference call." But luckily the guy on the phone talked to the technician and he did notice that the tip was cracked but failed to note it on the ticket, awfully convenient as well. Sounds to me like everyone here is trying to pass the buck for the shotty work being done around here.
