Chris was extremely helpful helping me when I called as well as when I got to the store. He checked to make sure a chair was in stock before I drove out there. Had the chair pulled out from the back room as soon as I got there. Loaded the chair into the car for me! Excellent customer service. One of a kind! Huge kudos to Chris!!!!!

I bought a mouse there died soon after was told it was not under warranty..NBD...Ok it was $15. Bought another. Bought. a logic keyboard which died. I replaced the batteries. It was only two months out. I wanted a keyboard with a light that came on where all caps was engaged. Was told they didnt make one. So I bought this one. it dies and i take it back...The redhead genius at tech desk tells me (It has crumbs in the keyboard thats why it died"...He says he can "hear them" under the keys. Are you crazy? I listen no difference in sound. WTH? He says take it home and disassemble it and clean out the crumb and it will work again. I take it home, disassemble the board and guess what? no crumbs...its just dead. Now guess what? It isnt returnable because i disassembled it.What an enormous hassle over a simple keyboard. Clearly this genius knows zip about customer service. I ask for the district managers phone number. Im told by the redheaded whiz kid who whines,"Oh we cant give that information out! "Of course not cant have the district manager knowing that the redhead is incompetent and has the customer service skills of an African Warthog. I go to walmart . I find a keyboard cheaper and it has a light for the caps when locked on. Same companys keyboard.Jeez youd think these geniuses would know their products. IMmgoing back to walmart to get a laptop and printer. I couldnt help but notice the huge price difference. I cant imagine the customer service will be much better but at least im not getting screwed on the price as well. Staples? good luck, Caveat emptor. And yes, there was a crumb in the works.

Always friendly, greet me with a smile and respect. Store is always clean and refreshing. Plus, they are always well stocked. Should an item be unavailable, they'll go the extra mile to find a replacement or one of same or greater value.

We had some odd things we needed printer for our Dog rescue event. Taylor and Nicki were extremely helpful and got everything done perfectly! So helpful, friendly, and professional. Great customer service all around. We will be back for sure!

Tried to process an Amazon Return and the employee told me he cannot take a big item because they must all fit in one box. Took it to another Staples and the return was processed, no issues.

The phone system and online website needs to be updated of new closing time on Saturdays. I placed an online order at 7:45pm and went to the store at 8:25pm to pick it up because online it says store closes at 9pm. I show up to get my order and the door is locked and the inside gate is half closed. I called the store and no answer but it also says closes at 9pm on Saturday. Please update this because another customer showed up after I walked back to the car.
