Bought a bike sweater from here this morning the inside of the sleeves were totally disgusting. Went to take sweater back to exchange and had to wait in line for 12 minutes to simply do an exchange. They should definitely have more than 2 lines during a Christmas holiday and also have a return lane. This was so terrible.

Jerry in the shoe department was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the shoe selection and helped us pick out a nice pair of brooks glycerine. He placed our order online and was able to price match. 10/10 recommend.

That cashier that assisted me today, Madelyn, was awesome! She was very friendly and kind. I exchanged a shirt and she made the process seamless and easy. She is a great ambassador for this location!

Kristen's customer service was immediately and friendly. She was the only floor associated that provided assistance. She was knowledgeable about the brands in sports, sales history, and so professional. Tell her I said, Thank you bunches and I brought the Panthers Jersey she assisted me with in the store.

We had a wonderful experience with Matt in the golf department! My son's fairly new callaway driver broke, and we had to get a replacement from Callaway. The club came back wrong and Matt caught the error and sent it back before we even knew about the issue. When we picked up the new club, Matt gave him some sample balls to try out. He is so encouraging to a young golfer trying to learn the game! Thank you, Matt!

Dick’s is a sporting goods store for the 1%. Prices are high ($39.98 for the LEAST expensive wood baseball bat—$499.99 for a BBCOR bat). Bottom line is this: for the high prices I expect a high level of service, unfortunately at this particular store, you won’t get both—just the high prices.My young (12 year old) neighbor and I went looking for bats. We purchased one and walked out. He noticed it had a dent, I gave him the receipt and told him to ask for an exchange. Nearly 20 minutes later he walked out with the exchange. I asked him why it took 20 minutes and he told me the cashier was rude to him and explained to him the exchange process (TRANSLATION: She was not happy). He finally was able to get an undamaged bat and walked out.Here’s my tip to management: People will pay higher prices for excellent service. You (management) will never see repeat service if your employees hate their jobs and let the customers know it with their attitudes.I can buy a baseball bat in many different stores or online. I won’t be a repeat customer for DICK’S.

It took them twice as long as they said and they’re still not finished unless you have 15 years to wait on a simple task I would recommend going somewhere else
