I have purchased from Ms. Melinda since 2023 and she has always come thru. She is always very friendly and knowledgeable and has even met me to deliver the toner cartridge that I needed. BMC Toner Solutions has never NOT had what I needed. The store also has other printers and office supplies. BMC Toner Solutions has very reasonable prices for their products. I would highly recommend anyone stop by or call, you can save time by picking up what you need here and not having to worry about it being on back-order or paying higher prices from big name stores when you can get the same quality toner cartridge. Great place to get all of your printing supplies or find out the best printer for your needs.

I highly recommend this company. Melinda thoroughly knows printers and toner cartridges etc., and she is very helpful. She knew just what to do to get my old Brother workhorse of a printer working nicely again. She is honest, fair, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

This is a great company. All of the toner and drums work great with all of our printers. We love the fact we can get delivery if we are local. I'll say they do great shipping. I would highly recommend BMC toner Solutions. We have been a customer of theirs for about 8 years.

Very nice and professional service. Refilled cartridge while waiting. Also performed a free service review follow-up when ink ran low more quickly than normal requiring another refill. Prices are fair and this method of refill is very beneficial during the shortages at stores and online due to Covid-19.

Best kept sectet in Charlotte area. Have been using them since before they moved to Gastonia - maybe about 12 years ago. Have purchased dozens of HP refills from them.Absolutely best prices on refilling HP Printer cartridges.Great service: Always tests cartridges to see if refill is really needed or if cartridge electronics are still good and can be refilled and reused.Never any pressure. Have NEVER had to bring a refilled cartridge back to them!

Good place to get discount ink that works well. Have had an issue with them picking up the phone and just left empty handed because I couldn't get anyone to come to the register. However if you can get them to help you with the ink, it is worth it.

Best experience I've ever had and the best prices of ALL TIME!!! Take your old empty ink cartridges here and they'll refill them for less than half of what you pay at even the cheapest retail stores. I've never been more excited about getting printer ink in my life!! Y'all are a godsend!!! Teachers get 20% off the already insanely discounted price! I'm sending all my teacher friends here (and EVERYONE else) from now on! Love this place.
