The staff here is always very welcoming and helpful. They always acknowledge customers whether they are able to help them right away or are with someone else at the moment. They will answer your questions and give suggestions. Just all around great staff and atmosphere.

Me and my Girl stopped in here yesterday to be pleasantly surprised by a beautiful store with some amazing customer service. I even got a free sample of their house juice in their fruit loops line which I will tell you is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend everyone to check out this vape shop it’s a real nice place and super top notch.

Walked in to purchase one thing and was greeted by a nice man. Didn’t catch his name but he was VERY informative and didn’t hesitate to answer any and all questions I had. Definitely will be returning in the future! Quite a large selection of products as well ??

Friendly knowledgeable staff will help you with all your needs. If you're new to vaping or if you're a bit seasoned it doesn't matter as they can guide you in the right direction with juices, tanks, mods or anything else you may need. The lounge part of Kure Vape Lounge has died down but they do not mind you chilling and hanging out.

Kure has poor customer satisfaction to me. This due to a disposable vape. Rifbar double Apple. I bought it the Sunday before last. After a week, the vape stop working and wouldn’t charge. I went to back to location to get it replaced. I was told after one or two days that they would replace it. I just spent 24 dollars and some change on it. I was told that I can get a discount, if I wanted to buy another one. Let’s just say I won’t be buying another vape at this location. My cigarette shops is where I will continue to get my disposable vapes. At least they will replace it if my vapes are not working without any questions. You would think Kure would offer more as a replacement. I wasn’t asking for my money back.
