Ordered a washer pump for a 1966 Chevelle pump did not fit the motor on the car. Talk to sales associate was told to drill a hole for the bottom bolt in the firewall. Why would I want to do that when it doesn’t fit ask him about getting a refund and shipping and charges they would pay for it. He said no they would not pay for the shipping charges. I don’t understand this. I’ve been buying parts from you guys for years and I have a part here that don’t fit and I have to make adjustments to it that is very unsatisfactory. Seems like you just wanna make the money. I will no longer buy no more parts from you guys again thanks for nothing James Amos.

Prepaid for a part that the said they would bring to Carlise Pa. last fall(2022). When I got there they told me they did not have it but would ship to me no charge. In late November 2022 they said their last shipment did not contain the part they had ordered and I would have to wait till the next shipment. January 2023 the told me this in an e mail " they will be here Feb 12th. They are in Panama Canal on the way to us. We are getting 20 and 17 are already sold." I asked if mine was one of the ones counted as sold. They said 'With out checking I would bet it is. We have only received 1 and was several weeks ago. I just looked and there are 15 more on that same container, so we should be getting 35 not 20." I sent an email on Friday to check but as of now I have got no response. I have restored many cars and done a lot of business with them but I am beginning to wonder if I should shop OPGI.

Based on my experiance with Steve in sales who had made it seem like he is doing me a favor I will NEVER do business with this company. Softball rules as to 2 strikes and you are out. Life is too short to deal with arrogant people! This place is NOT cheap and one would be better served elsewhere!

This is Scam company I think they take your order and make you wait for 3 to 4 weeks to get your parts from somewhere else basically they’re making money in the middle I would not trust this company to order anything for my classic cars

Ausleys Chevelle help me restore my Chevelle from scratch. It took over a 1.5 years and allot of good advise was provided. I am located in Australia so most communication was via email. They always replied promptly and professionally. I ordered parts a few times that I didn't need and they contacted me to explain why I didn't need them. One of my orders had a missing part that I didn't know about until one year later, got in touch with them and they shipped it same day. Best customer services I have experienced ever. 100% recommended. Well done Ausley's team.

This is a company specializing in Chevrolet chevelle restoration parts. I had a rear bumper that had gotten rusty and was detracting from the look of the car. A call to these guys fixed my issue. I was impressed by the knowledge and great customer service I received from the staff. The bumper was shipped promptly and fit perfectly. I had a five star experience.
