The tiles were listed at 0.99 each. I ordered a sample and expected 3 pieces for 3 dollars. The tile has several different colors, so I was hoping to get at least 3 of the colors. Instead I received one 6" tile. If there has been a disclaimer, I would have ordered at least 3 separate pieces. All other vendors with whom I purchased a sample sent a full set of the colors. Showing the sad single tile with the other one from backsplash.com. Ordering the sample is a waste of money and time.
Follow-up: They did state they would refund my purchase after customer service followed up with me.

I was looking at ideas for a project I want to but I'm not ready to start. I gave the guy showing me flooring some information do his boss could talk to me about costs so I could evaluate a plan. Today I get an email from a flooring installation company who wants to schedule my install. Um, I haven't purchased anything and I'm not going to be pressured into rushing into a decision. I will not be using Floor and Decor for my project.

Horrible phone service. Called twice and waited both times for someone to answer phone. No answer. Not good for business. Was wanting to save me the trip from driving long distance from out of town , to see if you have a product. Too bad no one answers the phone.

The manager Alexandra provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and sparing us lots of stress and running around. Thanks to JJ for his assistance with the Rewards program. Highly recommend this location.

If you want Flooring, they have any styles you could think of. Reasonable prices compared to the other places.
