I had the same worst experience with my husband, and I went looking for some items, and my husband was trying to come into the room with me. He has a leg injury. Belinda, as she mentioned her name, let him walk to the room just to tell him, 'This is for women only !' I spoke loudly in the store after leaving because I refuse to spend money somewhere that is so rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. I will never spend money while she's there. FIRE BELINDA bad look for the store

The clothes at francesca’s are cute and affordable but they are basically just worse quality carbon copies of altard state next door. And the staff is very persistent to a point that is almost aggressive, I felt like I couldn’t shop on my own and it ruined my experience. You might be better off shopping at other stores with a better atmosphere.

horrible. Went with some friends (not wanting to as I am a guy), and got yelled out for sitting in an empty fitting room on chair with curtain open. Random black woman employee yelled at me screaming “You’re a man! You can’t be in there!!!” Last time I checked, fitting rooms are gender neutral. Grow up.

I am a lover of Francescas!! But today I was very disappointed in the actions of the employee at this location. When I was walking through the store my friend showed me an item and I put it back. When I was walking out the door the employee accused me of stealing it when it was clearly on the shelf. She was extremely rude and sarcastic and said “enjoy it” insinuating that we lied about taking the item from the store. This was an upsetting situation for the whole group and unfortunately we will not be returning to this location.

I got the werst service and my friend sydney wasn't a nice person was so very mean didn't give the greatest service and I would never go to Francesca's ever again they do not give best service ever

I love the store, however, the customer service was awful! I called to ask what time they were closing. The young girl that answered told me that they closed at 8:00pm. I drove all the way to the store and arrived at 7:49pm and the store was CLOSED! I needed to pick something up. I was furious because I could have made another appointment instead. They wasted my time and gas! Ugh!

Upon entering I was not greeted. As I walked around further the two employees seemed to be more interested in their political conversations than the customers walking around. I think it is highly unprofessional to talk about your political views while at work. They're lack of manners andgeneral awareness of paying customers would have me very concerned as an owner.
