Terrible customer service. I had an employee harass me while getting money out of the ATM. When I spoke with a manager, the manager refused to give me their name and covered their name tag with their hand. I’ll gladly drive a couple extra blocks to shop elsewhere.
For an upscale company you have the worst app I’ve ever seen. Consider upgrading because I’m considering never shopping with you again. It’s too glitchy, frustrating and time consuming to try and make it work.
I called numerous times and she ignored my calls because I'm supposed to "dial #1 for the customer service #"and I did and it told me to dial 0 for the operator and I did and it went straight to voice mail.
