Walked in on a Sunday afternoon to the staff laughing and joking around in an inappropriate manner. The tea was mislabeled, so I brought home 4 unsweet tea beverages. The fries were cold and not fully cooked. I noticed the dining area was almost empty – unusual for an early Sunday afternoon. I never received a total for my food nor a receipt. I should have asked for one so I could report this on the ‘Talktowendys’ website. It’s a shame this new restaurant isn’t operated more professionally as I enjoy eat at Wendy’s restaurants. This location is closest to my home, however I will travel to another location that is operated more like a business.

Dave Thomas is probably rolling over in his grave with this location. I have been there several times as I live in the area and each time I have not been happy with the service. The staff is slow and for a fast food restaurant that is not very good.

It seems unfortunate that folks seem to have trouble with this location because my experience was quite good. My order was correct and fresh and because of the wait I was offered a free frosty. The wait wasn’t even bad so this was very good customer service in my book.

First time at this new location - witnessed food service delivery kicking boxes of fries off truck and into the grass, then manager used food tray to prop open door. Can't imagine what happens where I can't see. No more for me until they appear to care. I don't keep my phone on me in the car, but you would be amazed with the carelessness. Window server was nice, although I had to tell her I no longer wanted my order. Incident reported to corporate.
