Needs a good cleaning

The cashier was extremely rude and you can tell that the cashier and the manager are best friends because of the manager came up there and told us she was not being rude, which is crazy because she wasn’t even up at the front she was in the back and the cashier had to call her up there. They do not know how to talk to customers. And the prices are getting to be right up there with goodwill. They act like they are doing us a favor. Customer service is DEAD. I’ve been going there every Tuesday sense I’ve moved to Henderson and I’ve noticed how they treat people but today was the first time they talked to my mother like she was a inconvenience. GO TO WALMART. The manager is an older lady, and so isn’t the cashier. You would think they know better how to talk to people at their age. I was floored the way they talk to their customers. The younger people that were cleaning the floor up they were extremely nice. but the manager and her best friend are extremely rude. They do not need to run a Salvation Army, where there are going to be people there. I don’t know if they’re just burn out and need to retire but you can definitely tell they have no patience.

They have a very rude employee, and she doesn't respect her co-workers or people making donations and customers.

Love this store. They have the best staff that are always so friendly and helpful. They have the best thrift store prices and help the community selflessly.

The staff is dedicated to helping others. Prices may be a little high but national data show over 50% of clothes are unfit to sell and they have to pay to dispose of them. Tried to donate on New Year’s Eve but they were closed. Web site indicated they were open. The National Salvation Army web site says the thrift stores operate on New Year’s Eve. It is one of the biggest donation days of the year. My fault for not calling but Hey this is Henderson! I didn’t say that!?Tom Spain
