The tellers have always been great. They know me by name when I come in. Never had a problem. I have been with them for over 8 years.

Tellers seemed generally disinterested in helping you. And by tellers I mean the people hiding behind a television monitor who speak to you over an old corded phone. Like prison. It was very impersonal.
