Ordered a delivery for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, never got delivered and the store refuses to answer any phone calls (including calls from corporate when they filed a case against this store) and voicemail is full. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, save yourself a headache and get gifts from somewhere else

Couldn't have been more disappointed in an $100 fruit arrangement that looked 1/2 eaten and sparse. Not very fresh either. Never will shop here again.

I ordered from Holly Springs for mothers day for my mother in Fuquay-Varina.. she's been waiting three days and nothing came yet charged my card over 100. Noone answers phone or corporate either. Terrible business . Take my mom what I paid for !

I ordered an arrangement for my wife for Mother’s Day that didn’t come on the day it was supposed to be delivered. When I called the next day for status of the order, I was put through to a voice mail box that was full so I couldn’t leave a message. I called the corporate office to get the status and the next day my order was canceled without explanation. I can’t review the product because we never got it but I can tell you the customer service is subpar.

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to spouse at work, called in morning to let them know that spouse leaves work at 3:30 at 3:15 arrangement still had not been delivered. Will not use again. Can they be that busy they can not get one delivery on time.

My husband placed a larger ($120) order for Valentine's Day. The package arrived smelling of nicotine, 3 molded strawberries, 7 super soft and squishy strawberries...10 out of the 18 hit the trash...the worst part is that no one has answered the phone or responded to our email. Save yourself the time and steer clear of the Holly Springs, NC location. The nonexsistent customer service speaks volumes! Food can spoil...driver's can smoke...BUT...customer service...that is a DIRECT result of the franchise.

Edible Arrangements are my go to business gift when someone does me a favor and I need to say thank you or close a deal! I once met the founder Tariq and loved his story of how he built this company and now I am a loyal customer!!! This location has EXCELLENT customer service. I had to make several changes to my order and they were so accommodating, flexible and friendly throughout. I applaud their excellent communication and plan to use them again in the future!!!
