We went in on a Sunday night about 5. My boyfriend wanted to use my upgrade and I wanted his old phone as well as we had a few questions about our bill not realizing the store was closing at 6 we were greeted by Robert who really didn’t want to help us, he half answered our questions about the bill and then tried to make all the excuses not to upgrade our phones because the store was closing in the end he said he would upgrade the phone but not be able to switch them like we wanted because he didn’t have time. About the time we walked in so did another customer who he was trying to hurry up and get to while working with us. We ended up leaving with nothing but the answer of call 611 to figure out our billing issues. We returned on Monday after work and dealt with Mariah(not sure the spelling) she was AMAZING. What we were asking was a lot to upgrade and switch but she was so patient with us and went through the whole process that took probably close to two hours and answered all of our questions. We actually went to a different store to start with on Monday because we were so displeased with Robert but will definitely be returning and using Mariah again!

Okay start off to say thanks to the wonderful person who actually help..when entering in the store a manger walk up to us asks what we need and we explain to us she can’t get in our phone account we had to wait to be help while we wait she stood there on her phone texting don’t feel like that is Manger like I feel as if she could help us while the other workers was doing what they needed to do for there customers they would helping yet she didn’t help she just stand near by texting on her fone I do thank the young lady that help us far as the Manager she was not good at all. I felt that she could help us with our problems…I didn’t felt as if she cared she even gotten a little snappy with us… we just wanted our problems handle so again thanks to the agent that did take her time out and help…

Not sure on what his name is but, the muscular black guy in there was probably the rudest person I have ever met zero customer service skills was just looking to get my screen protector replaced and he got an attitude for no reason and told me to go else where.

We went in to upgrade our daughter’s phone, figure out our MAX account and go over a few other things. Bo was such a huge help!! He walked us through everything and gave us pointers on a few things we didn’t know!! Was an absolute pleasure!!!

As of right now, I do not recommend AT&T to anyone specially the store. We are a military family, we do not have money growing on trees! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had since I first started my service with AT&T, which was about 16 years ago. I came in last week with two phones, One of the phone had the back shattered, I told the associate “I know you’re not gonna give me much for this phone, but The other one one in perfect condition” He proceeded to tell me that with the Promotion they had, it didn’t matter the condition of the phone. He told me I only had to pay $15 a month for each phone, And I would get $830 off per phone, He told me the phones were going to be deliver at my house on Monday And I had 30 days to turn in my old phones. So today I had time to turn in my phones, And another gentleman tells me that they cannot give me more than $300 for the broken phone. I told him that the only reason I bought the new phones is because of the promotion I was offered. He involved the manager both of them interrupt me while I was speaking and raised their voice at me, The solution he offer me was to take my old phones back without the fees they charge for returning the new phones. He came and brought his manager, I told him they sold me the phones under false pretense. They told me they were gonna take $75 from my first bill, But for that to happen, I have to drive again 45 minutes to their store to get that taken off my bill. They proceeded to tell me That the person That helped me last week was new. I told him that I have been a Loyal Customer for over 16 years and I could not stand their dishonesty, That I could have gone to Verizon and got phones for free but I decided to stay with AT&T, they told me I could still do that if I wanted to. Which means they do not care if their customers stay or go! It’s not my fault they didn’t train their associates correctly and they’re giving customer The wrong information. They also lied about getting paid by the hour and the associates not getting any commissions on the phone they. As of right now, I have zero credibility in AT&T and their associates. They will do whatever they can just to make a sale even to the extent to lie to customers.

I came in to replace my phone screen protector. All reps were busy when I walked in so they said they'd be with me shortly. I found the case I needed, sat down, and by that time I was helped immediately. She was very nice, looked up my account and warranty, and replaced my screen protector for me. The whole visit was as quick and easy as I had hoped. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This place can be a zoo sometimes and they do have some sales ppl that have a bit of attitude because you gotta be a tech in order for them to speak your language. Robert E was great with knowledge and Upgrade to what we needed without being impatient with us . We r old Generation he was on point I preferred to work with someone like Robert so visit AT&T and make sure you say hello or let Robert help you . He will empress you. That’s a Customer service / sale that we all need every where. Ty Robert made our day. At&T Robert needs a raise. ????

Mariah was absolutely wonderful! The phones we wanted were not available so they had to be ordered but she fixed my daughter's phone enough to get her through until they come in. Very knowledgeable, and fun and friendly! Great service!
