Crisbel was an absolute joy working with! I recently got married and had to get my name changed in the system as well as order new credit cards/checkbooks. She was very personable and kind. She made the process a breeze! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Went here today and management is horrible they were telling everyone including my self to make in appointment and leave cause they was really busy (but management was just sitting in a office laughing and there was no people sitting in the waiting room ) but miss YANET POLANCO saw that I was stressed and ask if I needed help and she directed me and helped me to open a new accountShe was amazing if you need anything I would recommend to bypass all the micromanagement and ask for her !!!She deserves better coworkers then the ones she got!!

I recently got married and have a new name and was dreading all of the work that comes with name changes. When I visited the branch they were able to get me scheduled for the next day to get all my stuff sorted. From start to finish the entire interaction was wonderful. From the branch manager coming to the window to help and ensure I was scheduled, to Chris being absolutely wonderful and getting everything all taken care of for me including my new card. I can’t say enough great things about this branch and Chris especially. He is beyond professional and kind and made the whole time I was there stress free and productive. Thank you so much to everyone and to Chris especially!

Drive thru is ridiculous. Been waiting 20 minutes now. Teller messed up my transaction so who knows how much longer it'll be. Finally done. Teach your tellers how to read the deposit slips you supply.

I called the Jacksonville branches number several times and would be eventually connected with a call center because no one at the branch would answer a phone. Since I couldn't make contact with anyone at that branch office, I made an online appointment. The system failed and the employee my wife and I were scheduled to meet was not notified of the appointment. Neither the employee, nor the branch manager, Jake Ryan, had the experience to open the particular account we needed to open. After waiting at the bank for almost an hour, we were told we needed to see a specialist who was only there on Thursdays. We drove 45 minutes for a 10:30 appointment, and finally left at 11:30 after receiving a phone number to contact the specialist directly. The specialist took care of us at the Wilmington office and was very professional. The Jacksonville branch manager was the most unprofessional banker I ever dealt with.

Horrid experience opening a trust checking account, & was not given any deposit slips or temporary checks, not even anything I could use to order from a check printing company. I've tried calling customer service & the branch itself, but no help other than to tell me to drive the 50 miles again to the branch for deposit slips, but they will not give me any temporary checks or anything with which I can order checks elsewhere. Whenever I try to get an answer to a question, someone just repeats the previous no-answer. Begging the question doesn't resolve anything. Also, when I was in the lobby at the branch yesterday a male employee dared to put his arm around me. The security cameras should have recorded this incident & my reaction between 12:45-1:00 pm 8 Sept 2022. I've had my other B of A checking account since 1968, & can attest to more than half a century of lousy service, but yesterday is the first time I've been physically assaulted in a branch by an employee. I still need deposit slips & temporary checks + something I can use to order checks from a printing company, & no, again, I do not want to overpay for B of A checks, & again, I do not think I should have to drive another 50 miles to the branch because of the bank's incompetence.

Not one person at the branch even bothered to help me with such a simple question. Why is my deposit being held 6 days longer than all previous (exactly the same deposit)? Not one person at the Jacksonville NC branch could answer or even tried to answer.If any one person actually cared about the job, I'm sure I could've been answered in a way that would satisfy me.As a paying customer, whomever chose and hired the entire staff at the Jacksonville NC including all management staff. Should be immediately let go and replaced.I'm sure this will go unanswered as of with my very simple question.Oh and if your employees at the Jacksonville NC don't answer the phones.....why in the hell have them.

I have a bank account with over 6 banks and I have never had a more slow , unorganized and unprompted experienced at any banking service than I have at this branch . If you have a business and care about your free time and value it . Stay far away from Bank of America . At first citizens no monthly business fee btw ! I will definitely take my money there if I was any business owner especially.

This Bank has lost sight of caring, even in the least about their customers!!!!!One bad experience after another.My card was breached. The guy on the phone said: "new card on the way, 3 days". It's been 10 days and nothing.They've closed all the banks but one which is too far.Everyone is complaining but as usual, BOA does nothing to remedy a problem.Taking time off work to go to the bank means a minimum of 30 minutes waiting in line . Bad bad customer service ?

It is the worst experience, I ever had with a bank. Had a issue I called customer service suggested to go to the branch. Spoke to the manager Jake Ryan informed me call customer service do it in my car because itwould be cooler. The temperature was 91 F on 6/13/22. He is rude, not helpful and has no knowledge base. Please anyone having issues call make a complaint and ask for complaint number. Do it in the bank!

Has to be one of the worst banks in America should definitely change the name I can never speak to a representative it’s always a hold on my money and they charge for new debit cards I just ordered a new card because they don’t make them in the spot and it takes 5 days to get here I live 5 minutes away literally

I waited 2 hours and still nothing. All I want to do is change my name and get a new card. Please spare me the "sorry for the inconvenience" instead of apologizing on reviews, hire more people and do better. Have a ticket system, it give us sometime to do other matters. Now it been 2 and half hours ? still nothing ?. DO NOT respond to this review "Bank Of America". You not gonna give me back the time I lost. I just want to give my opinion. "It took them less than 10 minutes to do my stuff".

This branch has ? % new people. Most are not trained. The phone is never answered and we were actually trying to be nice about rescheduling our appointments. This is more than just basic hiring as we were advised yesterday. Don't say we didn't try. Hopefully they will actually train them soon?

Closed all but one bank in the area. Three tellers working and none helping customers. I have been standing here for 20 minutes. I'm closing all my accounts next week. I have been banking with them since they bought out NCNB. No more.
