Friendly staff assisted my purchase for a gift. I had to change to a gift card. To assure that the correct scent was achievable. It’s been a minute since I’ve stepped into this store. Wow! Sparkling and inviting. Thank you for assisting me with my purchase. Y’all are just incorrigible; the store was spotless and everything in its place.

I enjoy going to this location. They're found in the center of the Jacksonville Mall and surrounded by other fun shops you can visit. They have friendly staff that are very helpful and the store is pretty well stocked. I have gone during busy times and also during their slow times and even though they get busy they're always restocking and making sure that customers can find what they're looking for. They have also hosted very successful sales events where they make sure that your shopping experience isn't too crazy and they'll have customers in and out even when a line looks long and daunting. If you need to get any of your bath and body fixes I would recommend this location.

Beware, they don't actually open until 11:00am, M-Th even though it says 10:00am. Unfortunately, hardly anything else in the mall is open so waste of an hour. Thankfully, I always have a positive shopping experience when I visit but I know to stick to coming later!

Very helpful staff with candle I was looking for for and staff recommended a similar smell since they were out of stock on the original.
