This is the moodiest bank I’ve ever dealt with. Depending on the mood of the supervisor you may or may not get your checks cashed. My husband and I both signed the check that was in both our names. We’ve had an account there for 7 years. All of a sudden they need us both to be present to cash/deposit the funds. Just inconvenient and unnecessary. We will be going else where. I do not recommend.

I have been a customer for almost 12 years now. I have never had anything but friendly, responsive service. I rarely go into the branch anymore, but there was a time when I used to do a lot of in person deposits and they actually knew my name when I went in. I am confident that if I started to do that again, I would find the same level of personal service. I have gotten two mortgages and a home equity loan through CBT and have found their loan officers to be hardworking friendly and helpful.

I went there because that is who my place of employment banks with. I did not have s account there but the staff gladly cashed my check. They were super friendly and before I left I was given a paper to read and she explained to me the different kinds of accounts i could open and the one that would be best for me. I plan on going back and opening a account (holly ridge branch) tomorrow .

I have gone into this bank to set up an account. The manager was friendly, but the desk girl had no idea how to help me.Then today I called around 4:45pm to ask a simple question and the girl answered immediately and asked if she could put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes before they decided to come on the phone again and tell me that they couldn't help me. That was a complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. From what I can tell if you want help from this branch you need to speak directly with a manager right from the get go. Today I learned that if the customer isn't standing right in front of them, then they don't care about them.

Have banked here for 3 years or so. Since the hurricane in Sept 2018 they have gone down hill. No more friendly small bank feel. Some of the staff is fine, like at the counter. But management and leadership is the problem so don't waste your time.

Great bank! I have been a customer for 5 years (they manage my business account) and I haven't had any issues. Any time I have needed anything, they have quickly taken care of it.

horrible..used an atm in the branch parking lot of coastal bank and trust with the words coastal bank and trust on the atm. i requested $60, it asked if i agreed to the $30 fee..i responded yes...then it popped up on the screen amount requested...$60.. amount dispersed...$0.00...i ran to a cash points in sneads ferry...withdrew $60 got receipt, im $63 short in my balance. after i called my bank i called coastal bank and trust...i was told not their problem, they dont service the atm...its premier atm ill have to call them...
