Clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service manager. Everyone working there was friendly, courteous and professional. For comfort, convenience and cost this place is hard to beat. Highly recommend.

Room was okay for what we were paying. Entrance was nice and host was accommodating and pleasant. Elevator and hallways were dated and not well cleaned, and the handicap bar on the elevator was broken and wobbly. Our room had a couple of issues. First, our toilet was not working well the entire 3-day stay, even after addressing this with the staff and having it "fixed". Second, we noticed upon our room inspection there was a leftover piece of pepperoni on the floor next to the couch in our suite. Since the first day was Thanksgiving we did not expect turn down service, but addressed it with the front desk. After turn down service the next day, we noticed the pepperoni was still there and had not been moved. Pretty disgusting! Third, we were not given any more soap, shampoo, etc after turn down service which I expected, only towels were given. I might be a little picky, but just expected a little nicer of an experience.

The hotel is very clean and very comfortable the staff including the general manager Chris went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay I recommend this room

The lady at the front desk was very kind, I checked in about 8:45 with no issues. Got to the room and it was a bit dirty but overall ok. Now my issue was the couple next to me you could hear things through the wall at 12am, a kind neighbor had already knocked on their door once. About 1:15am I had finally had enough and went to check out. The man at the front desk offered me a new room but I declined. Overall was just ok.

Amazing stay very polite.Chris the hotel manager is very helpful. Stay for multiple nights and the staff is wonderful. Also good bathrooms and showers.

I am here on work and have stayed multiple nights. On the first night, the Manager Chris approached me and introduced himself, making sure my stay was going good. On the second day, his staff was friendly and engaged in conversation with me as if they had known me forever. This was a first for me at hotels, and I stay at a lot of hotels as an otr worker. Tyanna, Adriana, and Justin were courteous and caring. I do not know the name of the cleaners, but they were very friendly also. They respected my belongings and only changed linens as asked. Our company will be using this hotel when in the area. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. 3-4 pillows for each bed. Very well lit parking lot area with little traffic. The bathrooms were spacious and not packed like other hotels I have stayed at. The rates were great.

When we got to our room there were only 3 towels not 4 and they wouldn't give us a forth towel. The shower had hair in it and they didn't change the sheets because when we pulled back the blankets we found some socks. Breakfast was lacking and a mess. The bathroom door was broken and had stains all over. Don't go here.

The pool was down for maintenance, the television in the original room did not work correctly. The manager agreed to move us to another room so we had a working television for our grandson. We had to ask for sufficient towels due to there only being two when the reservation was for three. We also had to ask for bedding and pillows for the sofa bed.There was a lot of noise and yelling the hallway most of the night. Around 3am a young lady was yelling and crying up and down the hallway. I got up to get coffee about 4:30 and told her and her friend they needed to be quiet.The manager was great, very accommodating and professional.The breakfast was extremely poor at best. The scrambled eggs were powdered eggs and microwaved, like eating sand. No butter for toast or waffles. No fruit, bagels, or any bread other than a couple pieces of white and four pieces of wheat. The hot beverage machine was out of order.Very disappointed overall and will look at other options on our next trip.

The receptionist was nice.Breakfast was very lacking, had to go out the second morning due to no options.Room was prepared with 2 towels, my reservation was for 4 people - this was frustrating.Nothing was clean; on my second morning the dining room was not clean from the first morning - not even a fresh drip pan under the waffle maker.Spoke to several staff regarding these issues and was promised a 30% discount... I received a 15% discount.Not worth it, even for the "value" or "discount".Rooms: Room was very dirty.

It's time for some major upgrades to the rooms. You made the entrance all fancy, and you definitely need to work on breakfast. It's pretty flimsy, or they always run out. Sausage always white barley cooked. But I can say it is a great little affordable spot they just have to step it

The front desk staff was fantastic! But I was very frustrated with the room. I requested a handicap room which was advertised as spacious for disabled people the shower chair was broken in the bathroom. They advertise a lift chair to help disabled people get in the pool, which was also broken. I could barely get around the room with my Rollator walker or scooter.Nearby activities: The hotel is located in a great area but that was pretty much the only benefit of this hotel other than the front desk staff the woman that helped us out and really tried to accommodate us was absolutely fantastic. As the owner of that hotel or whoever the head boss was one of my employees came to me and told me that a shower chair for a disabled person is broken I would have immediately sent them to a store to buy a new one. This did not happen.

Overall the hotel is clean and staff is friendly. Normal wear and tear throughout. As for the room, all the mirrors were dirty. The floor hadn't been swept because I saw someone's glue-on toe nail. The a/c was popping though. Plenty of storage space, microwave, minifridge, and hair dryer. The TV has Bluetooth so I used it for music. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.Food & drinks: Free breakfast (6am-9am) included: waffles, cereal, bread, sausage links, egg, coffee, juices, and yogurt. No vending machines, only ice machines. They sell chips/candy/drinks at the front desk.
