This review is on behalf of my husband. He came to this location for a new iPhone since his new one broke. He came home with a brand new iphone 14 pro max and satisfied by the amazing customer service provided by Helen. She was extremely helpful and caring. She didn’t even mind staying after closing hours helping him. I recommend this location a 1000%. If you need help with anything make sure to ask for Helen.

This place is amazing! Helen was very caring and helpful, even staying an hour and a half after they’re normal closing time with us to try too get our phones switched over from the old plans! I would recommend them high above any other carrier just because of the customer service.

I was very pleased with the service I received at this location. Mrs. Helen helped me out the whole and she was very patient with me. I had to go through a lot of issues with my prior service holder and she was very patient with me. She was also working with other customers and very nice and making sure everyone was taken care of. She deserves a raise.

I am pregnant and about give birth anytime. Hellen was able to get me $30 dollar discount that I did not know I qualified. She helped get the documents needed from Medicare in order to get this discount. She literally was making calls everywhere and made sure I got the discount. I truly appreciate her help with the calls because English is my second language and people have trouble understanding on the phone because of my accent so it is nice to know there is a Spanish speaker employee. I also appreciate her help because now I have extra $30 that will help me buy things for my baby. Her customer service was just above and beyond. I love the fact that she is not only knowledgeable and bilingual but you can tell she does her very best to help her customers. Kudos to her.
