After having council an item online stating it was available for pickup. After finding item went to check out only to be charged a higher price. Asked and was told that was the online price he could not do anything about the difference in price.

These folks are great.. I wish I knew her name, but the young female pharmacist has helped me twice now in the last few weeks.. I just had spinal surgery and being out of meds for just a day is debilitating.. I've called twice and gave them my situation and they've/she's went out of their way to do my refills asap.. If you've ever had major surgery, you can understand how great this is.. They treat you as a person not just a script.

Okay so I went back CVS and gave it another shot to enlarge the same photo to a 16x20 canvas. at first I was skeptical about going back but I went again the minute I walked in this young lady even though she was busy she found the time to help me right away her generosity her skills and patients were beyond words! I was amazingly impressed and very satisfied of the outcome!! I would highly recommend her for those that need the help.JESSICA ? THANK YOU! so much you are not just beautiful outside but inside too P.S. My daughter was truly amazed! God bless ?

Very polite, staff is very informative, and helpful when you need to find absolutely anything. Clean environment is very important to me. They treat customers with respect.

This is the worst cvs to ever come to with pharmacy always so slow at drive through waiting in line for over 30 mins long . Don't ever come here if you expected to be in and out doing dinner time with people getting off work. They need to speed up and not diddle daddle

Had a lady with white shoulder length hair tell me it was impossible to search for the receipt with my card, which I’ve done before and did immediately after leaving this store. Make sure your employees know how to do their job otherwise it’s just frustrating and makes potential customers go elsewhere.

What a complete sh-- show.The store looks like it has been ransacked and the pharmacy will never have your meds on time despite calling them over 24 hours in advance. I've never seen so many people waiting on prescriptions for over an hour for them to be told it will be an additional hour.I was told it would take 2 hours to fill, yesterday. I was told again that it would take an additional 30 minutes when I checked today. This store needs a lot of help to be this behind and out of stock.
