We arrived in town after 8 hours of driving in the pouring rain. We were exhausted beyond belief. The two front desk ladies were so very understanding, accommodating and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is bright, clean and well maintained. The staff is simply outstanding! Monica and Britney at the front desk, Mikaela and Lorena from Housekeeping, and Sarah and another young man whose name I did not get in the breakfast area were all exceptionally courteous, professional, friendly, helpful and an asset to this particular premise.I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Jacksonville area for business or pleasure.

Terrible rooms, it had no hair dryer, and no carpets in rooms making it terrible to stand on. We were able to get a hair dryer, but it took a trip down from the 5th floor. The elevator had no clear outside buttons to go up or down, and the stairs were like a warehouse, not a hotel. The doors to each floor that needed to be kept closed in case of fire were wide open, and someone left rotten food on the stairs. The best thing about this hotel was the very friendly man at the breakfast area who was so nice, he made an otherwise 1 star rating get an extra star. It seemed like it was trying too hard to be a modern hotel while it was failing miserably. They didn't enforce the pool rules, making it a terrible place to swim when someone is breaking them. Do not stay at this hotel, if you are by yourself, you'd be better off sleeping in your car in the parking lot and only going in for breakfast.

Wow! Rooms look amazing. I love the no carpet which means no weirs damp wet smell. Customer service was nice. Room ready on time. So far so good!.

4.5 This is a great Hotel and Staff are very professional. I am a little disappointed on the pillow cases that don't cover the pillows totally, linens could be a better quality and bigger towels would be nice as well. Think Housekeeping could do a better job in cleaning especially since they have installed new soap holders but, none were provided but, did notice that no one cleaned up the drywall debris that was left on my floor upon my arrival but, someone conveniently put my trash can on top of it like I wouldn't notice it. Come on now this is a newer Hotel and you guys should do a better job on mopping all the floors, elevators lobby's and also vacuuming hallways on a daily bases. The Hotel should have an evening Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness at this Hotel because floors look terrible by 4 p.m. just when customers are checking in... Just my opinion but, I did enjoy my stay here and will be back soon and just hope you all can address these few items, Monica and Mildred at the Front Desk are awesome. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service with a pleasant demeanor. Thank you!!!

For being fairly new. The rooms were beat up and believe they had a party issue still being dealt with fix ups. 1st room watching TV and the entire shade system collapses and falls on the ac/ heat unit. Next room the heat unit had no power.Pool closed. Nice location with food options. Waiting for an IHG rep to reach out.
