The office is in a great location, easy to find, and the staff is efficient and friendly. Robin gave updates on wait times, and she ended up doing my taxes and she is fantastic. She is knowledgeable and quick.

Robin was very helpful and took time to explain everything she was doing and had many offers to tell me about. Very satisfied and felt comfortable. She mentioned changes to the gold guarantee in which I still felt confident purchasing. Jackson Hewitt and Robin have always put me at ease .

The staff is overworked for how many people need help. Super grateful for Robin. She helped me and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my taxes. JW should have more people staffed to shorten wait times and phone calls.
