Had a great experience. We were seen right at our appointment time. Robin was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing clearly. She answered all our questions and our forms were completed at our appointment. Robin at the Henderson Dr. Jacksonville NC office did a wonderful job on our taxes this year, considering that she was the only person working that morning and had to contend with the phone ringing, pickups and walk-ins during the time of our preparation. Robin is a very friendly person, and a very fast and efficient worker. We noticed that she knows her repeat customers by name. Robin has answered a myriad of questions for us showing us that she knows her business and takes pride in her work. We always request Robin when it comes to doing our taxes
