First time today ever using PetSmart grooming and I am beyond happy! Jade and Lakota did amazing jobs on my Ash and Lucy! They were kind, calm and sweet with me and my pups. They listened and were very communicative and put us all at ease. The grooming was top notch, especially since Lucy can be extremely nervous with strangers, I was especially impressed with how great her nail trim went! I am so happy with my experience and will definitely schedule again at the Yopp location with Jade and Lakota! ?

I took both my cats to get a bath and get their nails trimmed. Both my cats are adult cats, super sweet, and have never ever had a problem. I went to get them, the cat groomer was no where to be found and my two cats were so scared they had to ask me to go to the back and get them. I went to get them and they looked so scared I wanted to cry. When I got home I saw their nails were cut in half and split and red and bleeding. I couldn’t help but cry. I called pet smart about it and they didn’t care and said they’d set me up with a vet. I am so upset and hurt because they are clearly in pain and no one told me there. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!

Took our dog to the groomers and said what we wanted. When we arrived we were told that she would get a bath and they would shave most of her fur except the face as it was her first time. We paid $41 and when we picked her up it was as if nothing was done. The only noticeable difference was her paw pads. I was very disappointed to have spent that much money and to walk out with my dog angry and upset. This was absolutely horrible and a waste of time and money.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and the selection is fantastic. If you are a furr-babies mom or dad its hard not to spend money with them, they even have grooming as well as training sessions available. All and all its a great place for just about everything pet related

My review is going to be a little mixed Good location, I went in the right around closing time, need antibiotics for my fish tank and gentlemen did help me find it. The only problem I had was the online price and the price and store. Would you different prices? And I didn't understand that. Baby are you dead 45?

I’d been taking my 3 dogs to this place for a few years now, but they’ve recently hired a few ladies that didn’t know how to treat a service dog. My two beagles went back fine with two other ladies, but when the lady I’ve never seen before put their leash on my service dog she immediately began yanking on her neck. My service dog has been seen there and groomed. In fact, I pre purchased grooming services that were not transferable to my other dogs. When I vocalized my concerns they (ladies in the room) said “it’s you, you need to leave”. This was pretty rude and triggered hostility. How would you take that when watching your 70# dog whining in fear from aggressiveness? I tried to help and the ladies again repeated that I needed to go. This was upsetting and I demanded I wanted my dogs back. When I spoke to the “manager” he validated their behavior by saying , he’s “a vet too and his father was a retired Marine with a service dog as well”. This was his way of validating his understanding of his employees behavior. He did apologize, which I accepted and told him to watch the footage of his employees failed technique at handling a service dog. I can’t in good conscience recommend this place anymore, especially to anyone with a service dog.

Went to buy a few goldfish so that the one we have didn't feel lonely. The goldfish tank was full of dead fish and about a 100 other poor fish. The sales associate who acted like she had better things to do,informed us that they are only feeder fish and that's why they didn't care about the bottom full of dead fish. She even went so far as to say we were wasting our money because the 2 we bought would maybe live 2 days. The associate actually hurt 1 of the fish while she was catching her and she was left with only 1 eye. I still brought them back home. The sweet little one w/ only 1 eye did pass after about 2 weeks. The other little guy is thriving. Why work with animals when you have no empathy for them? Feeder fish or not, they're living, breathing animals. Next time she says "They're just fish.",I hope she understands that somewhere, someone is saying, "They're just people we don't know, so who cares!" It costs nothing to be empathetic, yet sometimes is priceless.
