Sadly, I never find anything in here. Thats one reason i don't shop here. The store lacks a warmth and clean isn't an organized environment. The clothing and shoes are usually too worn out. Plus there's not enough sizes to choose from. The same with the furniture, its scarcely available too. There is no public restroom. (A must)!

Store was organized and prices were relatively low, however one employee (assuming the manager) was bashing another employee for giving a military spouse a military discount loud enough so everyone could hear. No need to make it such a big deal! I also stood at the cash register for awhile while the workers passed me with no acknowledgment. This store can definitely improve with how they treat workers and customers.

Customer service is poor. They act annoyed and like its an inconvenience when you try to donate.

This store is awful! Came 30 minutes away to bring clothes to help this community and there was a sign saying they’re not accepting donations to come back later! How sad!

Been a little while since I've been here. Last time I went, the changing area was pretty dirty & I don't like that it's just a curtain in a box in the isle just about. They have decent prices on some stuff, but too high on others. Felt like the floors & shelves were dirty. Maybe since they close fairly early, they should clean better. There's usually info & even free books on the table as you walk out -last I knew. Again, been several months, but I guess since I was at thrift store across the street, Google asked me to review this one now. Think Google says I was there in Oct of 22, but that's prob just last time I went with my Maps on or my location on. Anyway, store across street seems cleaner & definitely has a better dressing room.

The staff are always pleasant, and they keep the store orderly and neat. Unfortunately, their prices have been creeping up recently, like a few other thrifts in town. This last time I was in shopping will be the last time for awhile. I can get things at better prices by watching sales at retail stores. They haven't gotten as crazy with pricing as the store across the street from them, but they're getting close. It makes me sad, as low-income folks are running out of options.

I normally give to The Salvation Army, because I feel like they take the money and use it better than Goodwill or Redcross. However, I am totally disgusted with this Salvation Army. I have called 5 or 6 times regarding the pick up of an item, but have yet to be called back like I was promised. If they can't do a better job, I will give my money elsewhere.

I come here pretty often because it’s close to my house. Prices are mixed some things are really affordable while others are overpriced but sometimes worth it if you really want it. For example I got a glass Corning pot for $12.99 I’ve been searching for one for awhile so I got it but I tend to expect places like Salvation Army to be more affordable. I also had an issue last week where I went in 15 minutes to closing which yes I understand can be a bit frustrating but they were so rude and unnecessary about it. I ended up not purchasing after a quick look in less than 5 minutes. My last complaint isn’t really anyone who works there’s fault but omg is the system so dated. It takes forever to check out there’s almost always a line because it’s so slow.
