The staff is friendly and they really care about the residents.Safety: There are 16 security cameras and it is set up like a big family structure. Everyone looks out for each other.

We were there for a little over one month a few yrs back,the new owners completely turned it around for the better,it was pleasant,comfortable,they are pet friendly so we got to have our dog with us,awesome homey feel,great people,hospitable and friendly,thanx guys,we may be going back for awhile very soon.

ROACH INFESTED. Extremely dirty. Room looked as if it had not been cleaned for a long time. Heavy smell of cigarettes. We viewed the room momentarily after a really stressful day and didn't look close enough. The motel 6 is right next door and only $20 more for a week. Do yourself the favor and go there if you're budgeting.

The hot water heater don't work so 9 out of 10 times you're gonna have to take a cold shower. The rooms stink the carpet was filthy.

They threw me and my pregnant wife out and refused to give my money back because of some people doing drugs out there. The first 3 days there the lady tried telling us that our time was up because she had the wrong date. They are not reasonable people and extremely rude. Do not recommend them. Their prices are outrageous.

At first things were rocky, we had some problems that arose however when Mr. Gomez acknowledged our complications, he was attentive when we addressed our issues. He’s a good man, a lot has been done to clean the place up and I would recommend this place under Mr. Gomez’s management.

Needs to fix broken and unsecured situations. Act like they don't care about how the place is because folks have to or chose to live at a motel. Sad business really. Outside looks decent. Inside the room where my daughter stayed for ahile was shameful.
