This place was an absolute joke. Almost all the shelves they did have were empty. The one person that worked there was gaming and did not engage hardly at all except to say hello. The entire place smelled odd and felt a bit too warm and had stale air. It was basically a converted warehouse or something. I wont be returning seeing as there is a much better game store down the road.

He started to sell fake cards to benefit from profit to younger kids happen 4 times in the last 3 months please dont trust prices good but thats how he gets folks

Great place and very helpful. My son can ask all the questions he has about Pokemon and get all the answers. He says they are amazing. All employees and other regulars for tournaments are great and are ready to help children learn how to play.

Hands down one of the best card shops ever and very friendly atmosphere. They include people of all ages and are willing to help any customer that walks through the door. Matthew, Kevin & Anna are very professional, friendly, and keep the shop immaculate!!

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient employees. I took my nephew in here because he has been looking for a place to trade cards, even though my nephews collection wasn't all too great they still took the time to look at his cards and comment how cool they were and gave him a few pointers about collecting them. I wish I would've gotten the guys name to shout him out. We will definitely be back and hopefully learn to play the games and participate in tournaments!

I've been coming to Unbound for nearly 2-3 months now and couldn't be happier to have such an amazing LGS with such a great community, staff, and owner. The One Piece community is thriving here along with many other TCG's and recently SSBU has been awesome to see rising up. Their prices are the best by a long shot because they care about growing their local community and don't fall under the greed other stores do by scalping products. If anyone is looking for a store that puts the players first, don't hesitate to drop by Unbound Gaming.
