I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while now. Every time I come in here Ann is always going above and beyond to help me and everybody else that’s in there picking up or shipping out. I don’t know why this place gets such bad reviews, maybe customers aren’t getting Ann’s assistance. Anyway, I always recommend when people need to ship things out to come to this location because of her.

I use UPS for business shipping but have STOPPED because someone at current hub increases size and doubles weight of my pre purchased label and charges my account. I can understand a mistake on one of us occasionally, (which actually was not me because it is an amount used daily for years) but after several times, I quit. Tried to resolve the issue in person but 3-6pm business hours are not convenient.Not sure if just one person is scamming but I will not recommend service to anyone in my area.

Takes 2 days for 1 day shipping it has been going on for a couple of months now it takes longer ups slacking since the review service has resumed to normal thanks for stepping up

I'm leaving in there I believe there's open from 3. The lady that was working literally did not stop the whole if it's cold outside but she was. Kudos to you.

Useless to try and get a package held. Needed an expensive package to be held for pickup since, 1. I won't be home and 2. I don't want it sitting on the porch for several days with expected rain storms or worse porch pirates. Tried calling and was told first they couldn't hold it. Then to go online and put a hold on it. Went online and the only way to put a hold is if they attempt delivery first an leave a note with some reference number on it. We'll great, I won't be home so how the hell can I read a reference number left at the house. Called back and was told miraculously I could put a hold on it for an additional $8. Yea not a huge expense but for something I've already paid over $100 to be delivered it's ridiculous. So they know they have you over a barrel to extort more money from an already overpriced shipping charge.

UPS is awesome! All the folks that are complaining on this thread need to go live in a 3rd world country for a while. Hopefully, it’ll humble you. The complainers are like little babies……Keep up the great work UPS!

Missed signing for package, went to attempt picking up the package from the customer center (during their 3 hour window) and was told it was “secured” and couldn’t be picked up. Cool. Waited until today for it to be delivered to alternate pickup location, it was never sent out on the truck to the delivery location, conveniently enough. UPS is trash.

**Follow up** My husband had to drive across town and sit at the customer center to wait for the driver to return to retrieve our package (Approximately 1 hr.) With all the calls and complaints there was no intention of returning with our order even though the first call (about a note being left instead of delivering the item) was 15 minutes after he had left the house.I've been at the house all day waiting for a package I HAD to sign for. At 3:01 a delivery attempt was supposedly made, I was at home and no attempt was made at the door. A call was made not 15 minutes after the driver left the "Sorry we missed you" sticker on the door (Doors were open, cars were in the driveway, etc.). How is it that you have to repeat yourself 4-5 times with the same information (on the phone) with the UPS automated system before they recognize what you're saying no matter how clearly you speak? This company shows no interest in doing it's job or correcting the lack of effort made by it's drivers, obviously considering the 2.6 review rating. So now I'm suppose to cancel my plans to wait ANOTHER day for my package? UPS service is complete garbage.

The hours are outrageous, and the call center is even more outrageous. I can never get through to a representative, I’ve called many times and it won’t let me through. I don’t have a tracking number and that’s why I was calling but it didn’t let me through. Very upsetting.

Could not send out my package after I was told that I could being it there and they told me that I had to drive an hour away to the UPS STORE itself I do not drive had to have a neighbor bring me to this one was very upset that I got turned away.

my easily worst experience with UPS (or any shipping order actually) ever. Was given the run around on the phone multiple times, including being straight up lied to directly.

Absolute garbage ups place. Every time a package gets there it just sits there saying preparing for delivery and then the date changes.

I Cannot believe how horrible this company really is! My package was scheduled for the 9th, it arrived at the Jacksonville NC location on time and it did not make it to my door on time! Now on the 10th its still processing! This is ridiculous, I have never ordered anything using UPS and my package arriving on time or early! FedEx on the other hand, there's been multiple times that I have received my packaged earlier than scheduled! but these ppl here need to get their act together!!! Unsat!!!!!!! Epic failure! Never again!!!

Extremely convenient & quick to drop off items, including AMAZON returns for free, while being assisted by the supernice and helpful Lady at the counter. She also does not mind to help with wrapping/taping these returns and printing all shopping labels in an efficient manner!
