I like this location because it’s not as busy as the one downtown. Linda was so helpful and kind. I 100% recommend this place.

Come here all the time. It’s a small town that’s getting bigger. The carriers are great folks. They’re very respectful and I’ve seen them do lots of things for us in the neighborhood. This post office is underrated, they have a decent selection of packaging materials right there when you walk in. Shipping tape, envelopes, boxes, even a selection of all types of greeting cards. You can just go there and send your mom a card, or your freind a get well card, all from the same place. It’s a small, but very effective organization. I’m very appreciative of their work. Great job.

Absolutely atrocious. Id rather drive 20 mins to swansboro usps. First of all they have no air inside as it’s 90° outside & everyone’s packed inside this cubicle of a space. Secondly, the workers are extremely rude to the customers and will turn around and walk away from the counter even if someone’s waiting. Lastly, they are obviously careless with your packages. I was in there for about 10 mins and in front of customers they turned around and just chucked the package back. This office needs serious work.

I gave one star because my entire experience with USPS has been terrible. There are a few major failure points in their procedures that needs to be addressed.I shipped a package from the Goin Postal off Western Blvd via USPS to Texas. Apparently when shipping with USPS from Goin Postal there is a convoluted hand of process from Goin Postal, to a third party distributor, and then USPS. If anything happens between your drop off and arrival to the USPS facility in Fayetteville then you are just sore outa luck.In my case a high valued electronic device was dropped off to Goin Postal for shipping to Texas about a month ago. Tracking from USPS still reports that the only action I have taken was creating a shipping label but nothing has been dropped off yet. USPS states that they cannot reimburse me for the value of the lost package because there is no proof that I have shipped anything according to their systems. I then called Goin Postal and asked for any proof that I had made a transaction was was told that there simply isn't. All and all I'm out about 1000$ in loss of belongings and shipping costs. Not to mention the customer I sold to was left hanging for about two weeks before I had to ship another device to them because of my failed shipping adventure. The USPS has advised me to drop off directly to one of their post offices as oppose to using Goin Postal.Goin Postal said USPS is bad at updating tracking and I should be leery about using them.My advice... get proof of reception and responsibility at every turn for high value items no matter who you ship with.Side note 1: If you do pay for tracking but USPS fails to scan the reception of your item there is nothing you can do via their automated systems with a tracking number. The entire automated system will tell you no actions can be taken because they haven't received a package.Side note 2: I asked if anything would be different if I had purchased package insurance. I was told since there is no evidence of reception by USPS then there would be nothing to reimburse because I have no proof.Side note 3: The automated system well drive you through a wall so I recommend simply calling the post office. If you are determined and aggravated enough someone will answer the automated system eventually if you attempt to navigate it and constantly say "representative".UPDATE**It has been another two weeks since this posted originally. In that time I have requested a lost package search, and a refund. The lost package search is "ongoing" and the refund for the 150 dollar postage bill was denied. Why was the postage refund denied it is the LEAST a company could do after losing a $1000 item.

The old white lady needs to be fired. I don’t know why she thinks getting in my husbands face and talking over him was a good idea..nor do I understand the blatant disrespect that occurred when we asked for help tracking a package.

This is the closest post office to my home, so I come here a lot. The ladies that usually work here at the counter are always friendly and helpful. Never have any problems here. This is a satellite post so some more complicated issues have to be referred to the main post office. The only problem is that the lobby is so small and on occasion the line can get pretty long, however the ladies at the counter are pretty efficient at moving the line along.

Medication that was perishable (in a container with ice and appropriately marked) was shipped on 8/2/22 with "overnight priority" from the VA. The Jacksonville Post Office (USPS) did not deliver until 6 days later. The medication is hot, ice packs melted and therefore the medication is no good. I have the tracking number stating it was shipped overnight. I tried to call the USPS but I cannot reach a live person and now I have to wait again. POOR SERVICE!

The lady pearl acts helpful but isn’t. What kind of post office doesn’t recieve emails or help print labels? I came here once and they did it, then next time I came everyone started looking around like they couldn’t help me. They’re so rude I rather not come here anymore.

Received notice saying package was unable to be delivered due to obstacles. There are no obstacles and the driver passed the house TWICE where we were all STANDING outside and made no attempt to stop and deliver the package.

Have had constant issues with this post office and the driver that services my area for years. He will not get out of his truck to attempt to deliver any packages. Only packages that fit in the mailbox are delivered. If there is any cars parked on side streets in the neighborhood that prevent him from driving straight along the curb to the mailbox, he simply skips the home and does not make an attempt. Multiple complaints have been left with the office about said driver and they have been quoted in saying "he's our best courier and had that route the longest" which somehow is supposed to excuse his lack of effort for the job he gets paid to do. If there was a zero or negative star review option this place would definitely be deserving of it. -10/10 Worst post office in the county.

Never had any issues here. The ladies and the male who helped me here most recently have all been good! I've been here at least 3-4 different occasions recently. Must be a different set of ladies from the comments from 2-3 years prior.
