Driver placed a notice in my mailbox saying they "missed us while we were out" we were home they never got out of the vehicle. This is not the first time. I have them on camara just pulling up to my mailbox, than driving off a few seconds after stopping. This is tampering with mail...... again. Fire the driver.

You can't get lazier than these people. They do the bare minimum and just want their pension.Mis-delivered a package (critical one) and had no idea where they delivered it to. I re-order knowing they'll take weeks to get back to me, IF EVER. Delivery day comes. Nothing. That night they mark is as customer requested held at post office, which is a lie and they use it to save face when they screw up. I go down there and the lady doesn't even bother to check for the package and responds with 'it's on the truck' like she knows she does the 'held' routine to save face all the time. Guess what? Wasn't on the truck. Guess when that phone call with an update came through? Never.Absolute trash.

I gave one star because my entire experience with USPS has been terrible. There are a few major failure points in their procedures that needs to be addressed.I shipped a package from the Goin Postal off Western Blvd via USPS to Texas. Apparently when shipping with USPS from Goin Postal there is a convoluted hand of process from Goin Postal, to a third party distributor, and then USPS. If anything happens between your drop off and arrival to the USPS facility in Fayetteville then you are just sore outa luck.In my case a high valued electronic device was dropped off to Goin Postal for shipping to Texas about a month ago. Tracking from USPS still reports that the only action I have taken was creating a shipping label but nothing has been dropped off yet. USPS states that they cannot reimburse me for the value of the lost package because there is no proof that I have shipped anything according to their systems. I then called Goin Postal and asked for any proof that I had made a transaction was was told that there simply isn't. All and all I'm out about 1000$ in loss of belongings and shipping costs. Not to mention the customer I sold to was left hanging for about two weeks before I had to ship another device to them because of my failed shipping adventure.The USPS has advised me to drop off directly to one of their post offices as oppose to using Goin Postal.Goin Postal said USPS is bad at updating tracking and I should be leery about using them.My advice... get proof of reception and responsibility at every turn for high value items no matter who you ship with.Side note 1: If you do pay for tracking but USPS fails to scan the reception of your item there is nothing you can do via their automated systems with a tracking number. The entire automated system will tell you no actions can be taken because they haven't received a package.Side note 2: I asked if anything would be different if I had purchased package insurance. I was told since there is no evidence of reception by USPS then there would be nothing to reimburse because I have no proof.Side note 3: The automated system well drive you through a wall so I recommend simply calling the post office. If you are determined and aggravated enough someone will answer the automated system eventually if you attempt to navigate it and constantly say "representative".

No, we are NOT a retail facility. We process mail and host a PO BOX section. We handle thousands of packages DAILY. Mistakes are made, we are human. Get your items insured if you are concerned. Send your most treasured items via "Registered" mail. If you need something somewhere fast, send via "Express" mail. If you need to know where something is at all times, make sure you pay for tracking.

This is one of the worst post offices I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had three packages misplaced/lost by this particular office delivering to 28546. I usually don’t even do reviews because I know that things happen but now I’m wondering the competency level of the delivery drivers who are supposed to be trusted with our packages. They are good at marking packages as delivered before they are even in your neighborhood, which is one of the main problems. I’m highly tempted at this point to file a police report against them. It’s been 5 days since my latest package was marked delivered, yet undelivered. It doesn’t help that there is a lawsuit against USPS for theft allegations.

Marked my package as delivered on my front porch at 12:44pm . Which they did not. Truck didn't even come with normal mail until 2:45 pm and did not deliver the package then either. Called for help and every person I contacted was rude and unhelpful.

For your future reference before you drive out to this post office, this post office does not sell postage, so you cannot mail anything off if you don't already have the postage on the mail/box.

This place can’t even mail letters for you. I needed to mail a letter and apparently USPS, a mail service cannot do that. It’s just an open window that the people (politely) tell you that this location is useless.

Not a full-service post office. Location for PO Box is great. Location is clean and postal employees are friendly but busy.

If I could give this place -0 stars I would. This place loses mail that belongs to me every few weeks. When I call to inquire about it, I get the oh well, it’s not our problem attitude. They don’t care. Seems like all they want to do is collect a paycheck.

I was there today around 3 pm to pick up my package. And I had my kids with me so my husband send me some pretty heavy boxes. And the blond lady immediately helped me with them boxes, even helped me to put them in my car cause alone I would of never made it. She went above and beyond! Thank you again.

Every time we have a item that needs a signature, they just put the "Sorry we missed you" slip in the box, they never even attempt to walk to the door, even if I was walking up to the vehicle they just threw the slip in the mailbox and drove off when I was trying to call their attention.

No where is it posted on the Google listing that it’s not a real location. Absolutely a waste of time. I genuinely cannot stand this town. Every other mailing service isn’t a real location. This podunk town is abysmal.
