This Walmart Pharmacy use to provide great service, not sure what changed. My mother received a text early this morning and confirmed her prescriptions that needed to be picked up. I arrived at this Walmart sometime after 12:30pm. I parked in a reserved space for pickup. I called the number. An unknown person answered the phone and I stated that I was here to pick up mother's prescription. The person said that she was placing me on hold. The phone disconnected. I called back and wad placed on hold again. Prior to being placed on hold, I explained again why I was here. The unknown person asked the number of my parking space. I waited on hold on the next occasion, it sounded like someone picked up and the call was disconnected again. Then I called back and explained again that I called and was disconnected twice. After I said that, the unknown person stated that the techs were extremely busy. I proceed to tell the individual that I didn't want to be reconnected to Pharmacy department and that would be inside to get names. I went inside and their was only one customer. There were four ppl in the back on the phones. I get to the counter and the woman that helped me tried to apologize. I asked to speak with the manager. The associate at the counter stated that she was not here and that she would not be in until tomorrow. Then someone from the establishment that did not identify herself called my mother and apologized again. The caller stated that I was impatient. While I was at the counter, I explained that the customer service was bad as well as that I had no problem with the wait. I'll try again location for my prescriptions.

Bro why the heck is their drive thru pharmacy takes along time??? Like I’m genuinely concerned,.. I understand about waiting and somethings takes time ofcourse but omg it just feels like their drive thru/pharmacy takes an ridiculous amount of time to serve everyone.. and I feel like it doesn’t have to be like that!

This pharmacy, like its parent store, is horrible. Huge wait times, often rude staff, and the building is a wreck. The WalMart pharmacy just south of this one is far and above better. The management of this building needs to change. This store's existence screams that Walmart does not care about the people in the area.

I was searching for my lost device and they told me they couldn’t help me anymore and to just leave the situation alone. By the way they were so nasty and disrespectful about being questioned were my phone could be. But manager William and Jonathan and some employees had tried to take my phone. My phone was hidden from me by them under the cash register so one of them could have my phone. This happened last night. I will not bring my device inside of that Walmart again! Other than that I get everything I need in that store

This is one of the best pharmacies in Jacksonville!! Kendra and Taylor are educated, respectful and helpful. Kelly has gone above and beyond to help me. The ladies work hard and have always been kind and caring. Kendra knows her medicine and is always happy to help. I appreciate these ladies and am grateful they work there.

Wish I could give them no stars for how poor their customer service skills are for a pharmacy!!!!!! They were rude and told me 20 minutes it would be filled. I came back about 30 minutes later and they only gave one 2 of my 4 prescriptions. I had to go back up and get the 3rd. The 4 was on back order which was no problem. But they were all very rude at the pharmacy on MARINE BLVD IN JACKSONVILLE, NC. I will not being going back after picking my last prescription due to being on back order. I will only be shopping at Walmart on Yopp Rd in Jacksonville, NC.

Said it would be an hour to do a refill, I showed up an hour and a half later it still wasn't ready and waited another 30+ min! Staff seems friendly but just not good at judging how long it takes!

Beyond annoyed....stood in line for what seems to be longer than necessary. There are about 5 employees at the pharmacy working. None of them acknowledge me, until about 3 to 4 more people are standing in line behind me. Way to go on the customer service!
