Such an amazing establishment!! They made me feel comfortable and at ease when it came to my furbabies first surgery. I will continue to take my sweet baby here. Carolynn was amazing and very patient when it came to explaining the after care. She was able to ease me and my wife’s worries and concerns. Thank y’all so much for everything! Amazing job!

My first time taking my cat to James Landing was a good experience. I was apprehensive at first, but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and professional. And my pets health is better now. All in all a great place.

We experienced some rough patches with James Landing, but Francis did everything he could to remedy the situation and was very pleasant. Their surgical tech, Cheyenne, went wayyy above and beyond her duties to ensure my mind was at peace and our dog received attentive care. Dr. B is an excellent surgeon. Not a lot of places in the area offer amputations, but James Landing does.

Had guinea pig examined for eating problems and they came with 0 solutions. They said the teeth were fine even though they are clearly visible to not be.
EDIT: The guinea pig ended up passing away shortly after.

I could not have been happier with how they took care of my dog Kaos. They spent two hours with him. They solved all his skin issues practically overnight. They were so Attentive to his needs. he's a different dog. I can't believe his previous vet of ten years didn't do anything to address these issues. Thank you, James landing veterinary.

Have never been here before (had to go here specifically since rescued dog at Guilford Animal Shelter and required spay). This morning noticed they were little disorganized it seemed-but figured that was just they needed more morning coffee. When picked her up this afternoon-it was even more disorganized. Two younger girls looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but there-but either way they seemed bit lost. Another woman came out and asked for a dog that just left after owner paid. So yeah. More than morning coffee issue. Just from this little interaction I would not recommend.

We made an appointment for our 21yr old dog struggling with incontinence. He has a large goiter that is obviously putting pressure on his bladder. All we requested was that he be prescribed an incontinence medication, but we had to fight tooth and nail to get them to listen. My wife spent over an hour and a half for what should be a simple visit on a scheduled appointment. They wanted to run every test under the sun, take x-rays etc etc, instead of listening to us or valuing our input. My recommendation is to avoid this veterinary clinic, unless you like being bled dry for unnecessary testing, or enduring unnecessarily long wait times.

I have taken my dog here for years and had a great experience. This past July, I took my dog for his annual examine and for board and groom while on vacation. I planned to pay with Carecredit as I have always done for the past 13 years he's been a patient there. At pickup, they said they couldn't take it, threatened to not release my dog, lost his only toy I took with him and he was sick with kennel cough. In which, I had to take him to the emergency vet for treatment over the weekend. They now are refusing to send over a heartworm prescription refill, until payment is rendered. I am very very disappointed!

I have been bringing multiple animals here for 16 years. I recently had a new cat spayed with a rabies shot and it was $404. They said my cat was pregnant in 3rd trimester which i dont believe. She did appear pregnant but not that far. There is a $60 charge for being in 3rd trimester. They charged over $100 for anesthesia on a 7 lb cat? My 100 lb dogs didnt require that. Insane! This place is under new management and it was the worst thing they could have done! They are so unorganized, they didn't even know which cat was mine after I just paid and they saw the info in the system smh. I'm appalled about how this place is running. Dr. Nabel is the best and hoping he doesn't retire. I hope he goes somewhere else and I will follow him. I thought I was being PUNKD. That's how ridiculous it was. I hope these reviews help them do better.

This used to be a good office. Last year we took our cat to be put down. They messed up. Our cat struggled and did not go out like he should have, Peaceful. It was horrible. He fought. That should not be how an animal is put down. Still I stayed with them. Now I take my dog and cat recently and I'm told my appointment wasn't in the system. So it looks like I didn't have an appointment, and it took forever. I've been asking for a copy of my receipt to be sent to my email since last week, and it still hasn't been done. I'm not sure what I paid over 500 dollars for. Now I'm being told the heartworm test wasn't part of all the test and panel I paid for. And rather than offer to have me come back and run the test for free, to a customer you've had for the better part of 10 years, you'd rather see me leave and go to another Vet. I have multiple animals too BTW. I guess customers don't matter. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This used to be one of the best veterinary establishments i’ve been to. It was brought to my attention that they are under new management, and it shows. Our most recent visit was completely different than all of our others. We were charged way more than what we were used to and the vet techs were rude and condescending. The result of this being we have found a new vet. Since doing so, we’ve called 3 times to get our dogs records. They did not send them until the third phone call. When sent, it was the incorrect information.
I am disappointed to say the least.

I brought my dog here for examination, and they double the Cost of it once they have my dog on their hands, and they did not even notice the wound in her belly, I walk out straight to other place and they saw the wound immediately heal my dog and fix the infection, this place did not even notice. Worst place ever

Never again will I go back to this place? They were very unorganised very unprofessional. They couldn’t even tell me what was wrong other than allergies which was not the problem. They don’t do multi animal discount like they used to would not suggest this ##vet they didn’t weigh my dog they didn’t check my dog. They just looked at my dog. Had to wait an hour and a half they forgot about us then another 30 minutes wait trying to figure out an estimate for the medicine. The doctor did not even state its name when checking my dog out like a stranger from the street.
