I was trying to make an online purchase online which they flagged as fraudulent. Did not notify me and locked my card. After calling online services because it was a Friday and the bank was closed, I was told I would have to go into a branch on Monday which left me without access to my money. I will no do business with them.

I absolutely love this branch! They have been nothing short of amazing anytime I've ever needed help with my accounts. Everyone there is eager to help. I really appreciate the security measures they have taken by putting in magnetic doors as well. It makes me feel safe. Will continue to do business with them and will recommend anyone looking for great service to give them a try.

This branch has got to have the best customer service around. How many places start waving hello before you even open the door? They do! I love this branch so much I make excuses to stop in and visit. I'll go in just to check my balance to say hello. If you are not happy there perhaps you should look in the mirror because I have never had a problem with them. They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Your notary public needs to be specific in telling people to sign their FULL LEGAL NAME on documents instead of "I need your signature here". Now I have a car I can't sell and have an added expense PLUS a month's wait for a new title. There are people out here who have never had to have anything notarized and don't know how it works. It should be the notary's JOB to ensure you know exactly what to sign before your pen hits paper. Additionally, everybody at this branch is extremely unhelpful. As soon as my car loan is done I'm leaving this horrible and unorganized establishment for good. Thanks a lot, y'all.

This credit union deserves 10 stars. From the moment I spoke to the first person on the phone, I had exceptional customer service. Then I went to the branch and met some of the awesome employees there. The customer service was top notch. They made me feel welcome and like a person not just a number. They made my auto loan seamless. It was by far the easiest process of buying a car I ever went through. I want to shout out Maria, Kelly, Shannon, and Germania.

Drove up to the drive up window to get some information I asked my question to get the teller to even shake her head no was a chore, I am not a customer but if this is any example of the customer service I am very glad I'm not.

If I could give no stars I would. Small Business Owners BEWARE! We banked with Nova for around 2 years and had nothing but problems. They would constantly hold checks and give us the run around. They told us if we wanted to stop the holds they were putting on checks to start asking our customers for cashiers checks YET THEY STILL HELD SOME! It was nothing but a battle to get our money. Most of the staff is not helpful and every person I spoke to had a different answer to my questions. We moved banks 2 weeks ago and couldn't be more pleased. I would never recommend this credit union to anyone.
