Super fast and great price! 5 Star Service was performed on my HP Laptop. They replaced the aging and slow hard disk drive to a fast solid state drive and optimized Windows 11 for the best possible performance. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain the storage drive options available including brands, speeds and warranty differences. The technicians I worked with were extremely knowledgeable. It was certainly worth the trip from Winston Salem to work with such a great company.

I contacted Paul in reference to an installation problem I was having with a new computer. I was at my wit's end, and felt I had exhausted all avenues, and was prepared to turn it over to a professional. Paul responded to my ticket immediately, and let me know I had probably overlooked a simple solution and didn't need to turn my computer in. He stated that, while he was willing to accept my business, he was just as interested in saving me money and time, and that was better business than getting paid for simple solutions. Long story short, the second set of eyes did result in a simple solution to my installation problem, and saved me plenty of time, as well as money - but that money would have been well-spent for an honest and straightforward assessment and solution. If I have any problems in the future, I know where I'll be going...thanks a bunch!!!
