Always clean, organized, quiet. Just a nice shopping experience. They return Amazon packages in the back which is nice. And every time you get up to the register they've got some type of discount for you.

Came in Kohls to shop today at store 1307 in Knightdale, nc. Found quite a few things. During checkout, Grace helped us! She was very attentive and helpful. She did a great job!!

Terra is a true asset to the company. She welcomes you as soon as you walk in and offers to help if needed. She assisted me as I shopped for my first hiking trip and made it an enjoyable shopping experience. I enjoyed my hiking trip and looked good on the hiking trail with my friend. Thank you Terra!

This store is clean, organized, friendly staff, great place to shop! And Ms. Nadia, store associate is very helpful, informative, friendly, and is a great spirit for Kohl's franchise.

I was in need of assistance to find a pair of slacks that I couldn't find in the store in Knightdale. I was extremely lucky to see Rayna--she checked all the other local stores to no avail! BUT-she went on line for me and we ordered from online. She was so lovely-very patient with me and oh so helpful. She would not give up-so sweet and so smart. Kudos to this young lady at the Knightdale Kohl's. They are lucky to have her!
