“I called Peter at Hefti Automotive to see if he could do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that I was purchasing from a dealership not far from him. I am from Michigan, and was buying the car without looking at it in person. Peter was very easy to deal with, and his inspection of the vehicle was more than thorough. He sent me nearly 50 pictures of the car from about ever angle that he could, underneath, pulled carpet up in the truck to make sure everything was as it should be, even found every ding and scratch on the car and sent me a picture of each one. When I got the car, I knew more about it already without seeing it, than I would've had I just gone myself. They did an absolutely wonderful job, and were a pleasure to deal with. I would suggest their service to anyone.”

The first time I came to him, I went in to get a A/C recharge and he let me know that wasn’t the problem, what the problem was and the different choices I had to correct the issue. He could have just done the recharge but he didn’t. He will always have our business.”
“They may cost a more than some places but you know your vehicle will be fixed in a timely manner. Took my Trax in on Friday and it was ready Wednesday morning, only a day later than estimated due to a delay in the part. Replaced the leaking charcoal filter, gaskets, etc which is located under the gas tank and 100,000 mile maintenance.”

“Had our trans replaced here and after about a year and a half we started having some issues with shifting. Took it in and the guys ran diagnostics and found it had a manufacture defect in the transmission and called in a warranty claim. They quickly got another trans in and replaced it with no charge to me. The guys seem to be good dudes doing honest work.”
