My wife and I purchased a couch and loveseat from Temple Furniture in September 2020 and it was defective from day one. During, the first year, Temple repudiated, our claim, and that of the retailer who sold us the furniture, that the springs were bad and offered to sell us new cushions at a cost of $375. In 2024. Temple agreed to give us new cushions and they split the cost with the retailer. Cushions did not fix a spring problem. I contacted the CEO by phone after two emails went unanswered in November 2024 and he told me I was lucky to speak to the CEO of a major retailer. Following two more emails and the mention of social media he FINALLY sent his national sales Director on January 7, 2025 to inspect the furniture, and he verified our claim that the furniture was indeed defective after 4+ years of us dealing with the defective furniture. I heard nothing from.Temple for four weeks, so I had to contact them myself. I requested an I requested a refund, but it was denied.. The repair was made, but the furniture looks and feels bad, because of 4+ years of use with defective spring support. Do not buy temple furniture, you will regret it!

We purchased a sofa and love seat about 2 1/2 years ago. We have been very displeased with the sofa the back and seat cushions have completely collapsed and I’m kinda embarrassed about how it looks. We are not large people about 155 and 130 pounds. We didn’t mind the price at the time as we felt it was an investment and it would have a longer lifespan

Purchased a sofa and loveseat. The cushions are all wrinkled, and the corner cushions just sink, like there is no support on the ends of the furniture. Would not purchase this furniture again.

My two couches, including the foam, frame, springs and fabric, show zero signs of wear after 8 years, six preschool grandchildren, dogs, and daily hard use. They are HEAVY and really, really comfy! Being able to customize size, firmness, and fabric means we just love them. The price was better than many lesser-quality sofas, and I expect them to last my lifetime, and then be re-upholstered and used again by another generation.

Ordered a beautiful orange couch from Roy Bennett furniture...they said about three months til delivery...of course became anxious to get it....but it came in that three month frame and we LOVE it ...so pretty, comfortable and classy...the fabric I love also and the orange is a perfect match for our Modern Cottage Southwest decor.I gave away an expensive 4 year old leather couch which was hard & cold, and replaced with this Temple couch and so much happier...now I'll have comfort in the Iowa winter's.❤️

First temple piece we purchased. A smaller scale couch over 4K and the piling is terrible. We have not even had the couch for 5 months. This began shortly after receiving the couch. I thought a little was probably normal but in a short time it quickly became worse. When my guests ask what’s going on with your couch and even my cleaning lady you know it’s bad. Unfortunately, temple argued that since we have pets this voids the warranty. Easy out for most furniture companies. I have a fairly large home with many pieces of furniture and no other piece is doing this. Do better for your customer next time! I own my own business as well and I know when a company is making excuses for their product.

I can update to say that I was so unhappy with my couch, chair, and ottoman that I GAVE it away. Every time I looked at it I was reminded of the poor craftsmanship and the company that would not stand behind their work.

I bought 2 very large, soft, comfortable sofas around 20 years or more ago. Structurally they are still in perfect condition. These sofas have handled lots of rough treatments. I'm a great-grandma so now we have a new generation to copy their moms and dads on the same sofas. Both generations of kids have run and jumped and played on these sofas from toddler to "adult?" The pillows are even still in great shape. Mine are large enough to take great naps or sleep unexpected guests. The fabric is a different story and I don't want to lose my sofas so I'm going to have some slipcovers made if I can find someone that can make them for me. The closest one I have seen to mine is in the largest 9100 series so hopefully with the info I have found on Temple's site I can figure out the sizes of mine. Don't hesitate to buy a Temple sofa...

I live in Maiden N.C. where Temple Furnitures HQ is located and I know people that work here and the people are as fine as the world renowned furniture.

We currently own 7 pieces of Temple furniture from over 25 years. Two pieces were COM. The others, company fabrics. We have been very pleased with all the furniture. Three of the older pieces have been reupholstered. When we talked to the reupholster, he said yes, it was definitely best to reupholster the pieces because the quality was so good. We only reupholstered them because we redecorated. We are planning on purchasing additional pieces again. Currently we own two Temple sectionals, two camel back sofas, one classic style sofa, a club chair and ottoman.
