Maddie is very helpful with helping me find nice dress shoes that are nice for our grandsons wedding last Thursday.Love a personal salesperson not pushy and helpful and caring.My husband and I really appreciate the extra time spent with quality service.They made us feel welcomed.Jim is a great sales person to and has helped me pick out the right quality shoesfor years.Nice clean store well managed.We will be back

Excellent! Very friendly and welcoming, but more important, knowledgeable and accommodating. High tech equipment for custom fitting for anyone, especially customization for special needs. Top quality inventory at affordable prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been searching for a new pair of shoes to walk in since last year but have struck out. I pretty much had given up until I found Comfort Footworks!! My daughter also needed shoes so we went together. The store was busy but we were warmly welcomed by both the gals who worked there. Pam helped both my daughter and I to find the right shoes. Even though the store was extremely busy Pam made sure that we were taken care of!! She made the whole process fun!! Thank you Pam for providing excellent customer service!! Both my daughter and I decided we will definitely be back for more shoes. If you are on the hunt for great shoes look no further than Comfort Foot Works in Matthews!!!

Pam is great! My mom and I went in last week and Pam answered all of our questions, had an abundance of patience even though the store was super busy and they only had two sales ladies, and she made the experience fun. I got the Brooks Adrenaline and they’re some of the best shoes I’ve owned. I’ll definitely be back!

My aunt lives in the area and takes me there when I visit from Tampa, FL. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff have helped me find shoes to alleviate my plantarfascitias pain. They have also been more than willing to even ship shoes to me when they didn't have the color, style, or size in stock. I would highly recommend them for all your comfort shoe needs.

I am so grateful to Jim (store owner) for the white glove treatment he gave me! I am from out of town & was visiting family for the holidays & got a l5.s1 slipped disk/nerve pinch! I am learning to walk again & heal after a procedure to my spine. Thanks to Jim I am able to stand up straight without pain!!! He heard my needs & tried a few shoes, till he brought me out the perfect pair!!! I am so grateful!!! I will come back for shoes when we find a home here, or visit! Whichever is 1st!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!PS my shoes are cute too!!! They look like converse!!!

My mother had a need for a very specific type of orthotic shoe and they had a couple of pairs in stock from which to choose. More importantly the gentleman who helped us was both patient and knowledgeable. My mom left with shoes she was pleased with and I left relieved!

Family run store. Very friendly. They don't rush you or hover, but are happy to suggest options if you request it. I was able to find quite a few pairs of wide shoes in my size.
