My car was stolen off their property and even with all the cameras on the property, no one is facing the building or apartments.
Our tub had a giant cracks that we asked them to fix 3 times because we were scared of taking a shower, and all the did was "fix" with epoxy"
The maintenance guys were actually the ones that told us "there is no support on the bottom of the shower, that's why it cracked"

It's a nice place if you like dog poop everywhere. There been poop sitting on the steps for over a month now and there poop right by the gate where you leave the apartment complex. Please do better.

This place is horrible. Had multiple issues that were never resolved. Moved out and now I am being charged ridiculous add-ons including for a repair on a tub that had to be "repaired" twice (do a thin layer of plaster or filler over a strip of tape) previously and when it happened again the day before we moved out we gave up on it.
There was a leak coming down straight from the fire sprinkler OVER THE WATER HEATER UNIT and when we called it in we were just told by the utility person to place a towel over the unit and that at some point they were going to check with the unit above us (3rd floor) to see if they had a leak or something. Never got a clear answer as to where this leak came from.
Our smoke detectors kept going off randomly even when we were asleep, had to ask for the batteries to be changed 2 times or else we were going to have to call the fire department.
My wife's car was stolen from their parking lot, they have a security unit that does runs like 2 times during the night (from 8PM until 4AM or something like that).
Have a bunch of cameras that only face or are inside the clubhouse/office building. Not a single one facing any 8 parking lot "sections".

My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we have never had an issue. Unfortunately we will soon be moving out, and the only reason for that is to be closer to our jobs. We moved here from NJ and saw over 20 properties, but we found none to be better than Keystone at Mebane Oaks. We found the rent to be the best priced for what you get.
The management at this property is the best. They will help with any issues residents may have. The maintenance team is also really great and quick. Many apartment properties take a couple days to weeks to make repairs, but not here! Personally I have called maintenance a couple times for small issues like a light going out and the battery in my door lock needing to be replaced. Maintenance was there and had it fixed within 10 minutes.
Lastly the property is very clean. I have NEVER seen mold or any bugs in my apartment. Many places nearby have major issues with those things, but here I can say it has been very clean.

Having lived at Keystone @ Mebane Oaks for 1 week shy of 8 years, I had a lot of interaction with the front office staff over the years. By far, of all of the staff there, Koleen and Tracy are the best. I also give props to Ava, who originally leased my 2nd floor apartment to me in 3029. She was awesome.
If you decide to rent there or are already there, beware of the upper management if you need their help for any reason. They are only in this business, and make no mistake - it is just a business to them, for the bottom $.

Terrible experience!
When I first stayed here a year and several months ago, I thought it was the best place ever. A couple of months after I my stay, this woman a neighbor across the hall from me , I found out, she left a note on my car, and said that I put a dent in her car. She left her number on the note and I called her, she didn’t answer. I left a message and told her she has wrong information, I did not dent her car. This woman harassed me for several weeks, texting me 1 am in the morning. She happened to contact my insurance agency and filed a claim. Turns out she lied the whole time. I was found at no fault. She had no police report no nothing. My car is not at all injured nor hers. I’m beginning to realize she’s a Karen. My next terrible experience is my downstairs neighbor. I have a granddaughter that visits me at least once a month. She’s 4 years old. I try my very best to make sure she doesn’t run or make noises. So I gets an email every time she visits me. So several weeks ago the downstairs neighbor came upstairs and knocked on my door. I was their alone getting ready for church. I went to the door and he asked “was everything alright “, I said to him, yes what do you mean, he says to me well I can hear you walking, oh you have on heels. He also said to me he can hear what time I get up and can hear me take showers. Now at this point I’m not liking this at all. I feel violated. So the next day my son is moving out my washer and dryer for me, and my neighbor uses something to hit up on his ceiling because he heard the noise of moving my appliances. Once my son loaded it on the truck he saw my neighbor and ask him why is he always harassing his mother. The neighbor says to him that ain’t nothing wrong with him. I get a call days later about this incident. I get it my son was not to say anything to my neighbor. In the office management got on me about that, but manager was not a all concerned about me being harassed by my down stairs neighbor. It’s in the lease also that no one is supposed to approach any neighbor about noise complaints or etc. I was approached and like I stated I felt violated by my neighbor. My son did not threaten him at all. My neighbor lied about everything to management and they believed him. Now I really feel like I need to contact corporate headquarters. I am not renewing my lease.

Nice place, but the pool is always closed without any kind of notice. If you pay for amenities, you should be able to enjoy them on your days off .

Tracie Has been the biggest help in the transition from Raleigh to Mebane. She was very helpful with everything with my move. When a request was placed in she was always on top of everything. All management personnel has been very helpful and eager to help their residences along making sure everyone has the upmost best experience living here . I’m very happy with the staff and community here.

I’m so glad I came in for a tour on Saturday! Koleen was amazing to meet! She was so personable, it felt like I’ve known her for years! She helped me find an apartment the best fit my needs and I’m so excited to move in! Meeting Khalil and Tracy also and seeing how great their energy is. I’m so excited to move in! With being in leasing I understand we can be the bad guys when we don’t tell residents what they want to hear. Everyone can always post a negative comment but when something positive is happening, no one gets recognized! I truly believe these group of people will do everything they can to help, but sometimes that doesn’t always mean it’s going to be something a resident wants to hear! I love that they had the Kid’s Kave that is what really sold me before even seeing the apartments. These apartments are a great size and great price compared to other competitors!

Exceptional Living Spaces and Above and Beyond Customer services
I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Keystones at Mebane Oaks for 3 years. The staff Koleen, Traci, & Khalil are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely thoughtful and attentive to residences needs. KEEP THEM AND GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! Don’t mess up a good thing! Its crazy why people would leave such a bad response about the staff. I guess people with trashy attitudes who live in gutter all their lives, wouldn’t know what exceptional living is. I blame their lack of home training, SMH. Anyway lol…. I LOVEEEEE the apartment. I stay in a 2-bedroom /2 bath spring and I’m telling it its WORTH IT!!! Lots of closet space, storage, LOVE THE KITCHEN, everything that you can every want in a home just an apartment. Maintenance staff is superb. Every time I sent maintenance request, I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have a top tier living environment. I strongly recommend this apartment complex in Mebane, NC to all commuting from Raleigh/Durham/ & Greensboro, NC area. In some ways, your property management company can make or break your living experience here it’s all in one service. Great STAFF, Great Apartment, Great Environment! You would be crazy not live here and trust me I’ve seen all the apartments around Mebane, NC (insert cricket sound) …You’ll be crazy not live here! I love it and couldn’t be happier!

The ABSOLUTE worst experience ever!!!! Do NOT recommend this complex. Issues with mold on window seals and floors. Contacted them, the first time they came out they told me that the windows were not properly sealed and wiped them down with WINDEX (the maintenance guy). Issue still ongoing and had to call them back out. They then said the dehumidifier was broken. Took them a week to get ordered before they replaced it. Went to start moving things out and there was still mold present on the floors (behind and underneath couches). Bathtubs are cheap and poorly made. Signed a six month lease. In the lease you must let them know SIXTY days before you move out that you will be leaving. Otherwise you will have to end your lease and then pay two additional extra months worth of rent. Never again!!!! Rent is extremely too high for the quality of these apartments.

If I could give zero stars I would. Tracie is rudest person I ever met. She told my mom basically I can’t even come take my kids to their grandma. I would file for harassment and stalking that is how bad it is. She asked my coworkers where am I living when I have my own apartment but accusing my mom of stuff involving me. She needs to be fired.
