Woow beautiful very comfortable I bought the mattress today delivery as planned A1 service the advisor was very convincing it is wow very comfortable I can't tell you the long term as it hasn't been that long I was very tired view that my old mattress was finished old just my 6 hours slept like a baby I highly recommend it thank you for your product and the quality I highly recommend it

Although the warranty company was very responsive, I would like to warn people to never buy Kingsdown mattresses. I could sleep better on the floor. They sag and don't support the body. It's obviously a company that is trying to get away with using cheap material. Nice folks, bad beds.

My kings down mattress is 2 years old and has been very comfortable until recently, when i began to feel the coil right at my hip area. It began leaving purple circular marks. The company could find no one to check my mattress, so they sent me detailed instructions to get pictures of the problem area by encircling it with a belt. Since the area can only be felt, not seen as yet, they won’t be able to help me. I have to prove it. I gave up and bought a 2” topper. But I need a 4” to keep from feeling the coil. The representative suggested that maybe I wasn’t a good fit. I think the mattress is about to wear out.

Filed a warranty claim in Nov/Dec 2020 for a large lump (2ft x 2ft; ~2 inches in height ) that developed in one corner of the mattress. The mattress has a genuine defect. Instead of standing behind their product, Kingsdown would rather mine the warranty card for unrelated reasons that could excuse them from honoring the advertised warranty.The company sent out a third party to inspect the mattress and ultimately denied the claim for (i) a stain about 1 square centimeter in size, and (ii) not resting the mattress on the matching box spring. The stain is small in size relative to the defect, and the mattress has been sitting on a slat system having a steel frame with 2 center supports, and slats spaced ~3 inches apart. It's unclear how either of these two issues could result in a 4 square foot lump in one corner of a mattress. Kingsdown acts in bad faith when it advertises a good warranty, but ultimately denies claims for reasons unrelated to the product defect.

Have had the mattress for 7 months. Have slept better than before. Don't wake up with pressure point tenderness anymore in my shoulder or hip. Expensive but my health is worth it
