The customer service is horrible especially the managers itself. I bought stuff worth of 2k at this store and many other times in a period of a week. And they can’t even say hi or say Thankyou. I’m too of that they are rude. Like no body wants to come shop at a store like that. That is ridiculous. I’ve never have been treated badly like I have at this store. I asked for a gift receipt and they told me it’s in their policy not to give extra receipts like what?? The girl at the register filled up the medium size bag full of sweaters that was heavy and breaking from extra load on it so I asked if I can’t get another one and apparently that’s against their policy as well. Just ridiculous.

Customer service is terrible..I walked in and it was complete silence..no good afternoon..you need help with anything..I walked around the entire store and not one person acknowledged me

Visited the store on 4/5 at 8.40 , the store was empty yet absolutely pathetic customer service . The lady checking us out was so rude and did not answer a single question straight. Upon asking when we found out that an outlet discount was available so asked her to apply that and bill, the eye rolls, sighs and punching on the screen . Was just so over the top !!!! We are paying customer being totally polite and this the customer service they provide . Pathetic will not be retuning and will file a complaint at the headquarter as well.

Depending on each visit, whether you get a good crew working or not. When it isn't good, they stalk you, and you feel judged when asking a question like you can't afford it. Then they act differently when you buy $250 in items at check out.
