4/26/24 1 PM....The owners of this TA service center could not ask for a better Service Manager and Crew at this location Outstanding service?And Petro needs to keep restrooms clean and find better janitors for showers and cleaning towels...Towels smell like they were not cleaned with detergent only thrown into dryer and reused... I did not use them needless to say i air dried.. I give Petro zero stars for being dirty

I went to this petro shop there top mechanic didn't know how to jack up my trailer went down to pilot and the mechanic there jack it up in 2 minutes how do petro call there top mechanic top guys if they don't know how to jack up a trailer and repair the tire

I got into a BIG verbal argument with the miserable cashier glasses and pigtails!! This is the 2nd time I received an attitude while she been behind the counter! I’m not sure how she’s still holding this position as a cashier! Every time I come here it’s a problem with her nasty attitude, all because I wanted to cash my scratch off tickets. Please just quit your job already.

Stop to get some food down at the fuel building and the guy tried to charge $6.00 a piece for a dang pork chop wonder how much of a cut he was gonna take. What an absolute joke of a place wish I couldn’t even give one star

The store staff doesn’t care about customer service. She walked right by me and said I’ll be with you in a few minutes and then went into the back so I waited for a few minutes until someone else came and waited on me. I was the only one in the store. The restaurant is under staffed as usual and very slow to take my order. I was in there an hour and a half today for an omelette and the same when I ate there last night. Overall I think TA/Petro has a problem hiring competent people to run there restaurants. It seems to be the same at every other one I go to

These five stars are for Dwayne! Shout out to Dwayne wearing his Atlanta Braves cap for keeping the restrooms extra clean. He takes pride in making sure the restrooms are clean and puts his heart in it. THANK YOU DWAYNE! Your dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed.

The TA tire service center here: Every maintenance worker just walking around hanging out like it's highschool. Took 6 hours for a PM service. The skinnier white girl on second shift kept leaving and walking outside. Absolutely no one was professional at all. They didn't even know what a cabin filter was or how to replace it, I had to do it. I tried buying bunk filters, but filters not even in their system supposedly. The cabin filter with bunk filters is usually sold as a combo and they was trying to ring them up separately. Like bro i am done with this place. Fire everyone. Start over. Embarrassing.

Stopped over to have a bite at the I hope no luck there asked for a manager. Brittany came and spoke with me. She walked with me as we spoke. I went to dunking super helpful folks there I was very happy until I had to force her to change me. LOL Brittany and James understand what I wanted and were super nice. I highly recommend the store staff and all the folks cone with a super attitude always welcoming you back. 10 out 10 from me. Came back next day went to fuel island to fill up. The female at the counter acting like I did not matter and was pretty rude. I did not let that determine how appreciate the support yesterday From others. Maybe I'll come back to see if it gets better on my next time in town.

Clean shower awesome laundry Morning and afternoon shift awesome but night shift lazy. He would not fill cheese for nachos and and all the grill food had to warm in microwave. Do better buddy.

In the center, you can eat at IHOP, have keys made, there's a convenience store, laundry room, Dunkin Donuts, showers, diesel fuel, and plenty of truck parking. The facilities are always clean and staff friendly.
