New battery install with removal of old battery and corrosion cleanup were done in a timely manner. Scheduled the appointment the night before and they got the service done in around 10 minutes. Great employees.

Great communication, excellent customer service, and overall pleasant experience with purchase and installation of new car battery. Placed my order online and upon arrival at the store I was immediately attended to.Note: location of Mooresville, NC store is a bit hidden but with a quick phone call I was directed right to it!

The staff at the store are under trained and the inventory systems is very poor.- Don't expect them to have what you want (even if it says it is on the website and you have placed a paid order).- Don't expect them to call you or email if an order comes in.Just go somewhere else.

Went there for a special kind of battery and Battery Plus had it!Glad I googled my search and Battery Plus was only place in Mooresville that had it.Sales person was really nice and accommodating.

Prices on par and they offer more than just batteries and bulbs. You can even find some interesting gifts for men here. They also have a locksmith that can program keyfobs for less than the dealership.

I bought a $70 Duracell battery for my lawn mower. Within a week the mower would not start. I took the battery back (16 days after purchase). They said you have to leave it for a day for testing. Received a call and they said " the voltage is too low for us to warranty it", "Duracell won't warranty it to us so we can't warranty it for you".

Amazing amazing staff if you don't go to this location your crazy. They know what they are doing and they have all the knowledge. They saved me so much money with my battery and helping me out clean my terminal to ensure my battery was in good shape. They also fixed a sparkler machine I used for my events. They are great and have great customer support. Thank you for everything!!!

The guys at this store know their stuff. I went to have a battery replaced in my cars key fob and he knew what I needed. I was in and out in a snap. Also they have awesome flashlights there. I buy my husband a new one every year from Batteries Plus!! 10 starts!!
