In this day and age where people are busy, sometimes extra busy. Sometimes they are so busy, that they do not get back t you for a few days! It is such a wonderful feeling to hear a familiar voice on the receiving end of a phone call. Many times I've called Mr Reynolds, and he has directly answered my call. Or he has returned my call within an hour or the next day! Such appreciation for his dedication does not get recognized enough. not just sometimes, but a lot of the time... small tasks of completion go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you've done, and continue to do!

Outstanding service. I was at the DMV today, I basically had 2 min to get some policy information and Andrew nailed it. The lady at the DMV said she never had seen an insurance salesman that fast.

The first thing I did after the accident was call "911". I wanted to report the accident to the police. The second thing I did was call my husband, I left a message that I had been in an accident, was not injured, and would call him back as soon as I could with more details. Next was insurance. I was not sure what would happen, because I have never had to call insurance for an accident claim.
