First of all, I want to explain: the attitude of the reception staff is very good, but the Internet connection speed of this company is slow, not to mention the price is more expensive than Google. Through it, I can see the decline of "traditional" companies in the United States, just like General Motors and Ford Motors will definitely be It's like killing Tesla...what a pity.

Horrible customer service!I went there on saturday and seemed like the guy name SHY at the desk was just trying to get done with the day so he could go...Honestly please don't work on weekends if you don't want to be helpful to the customers who walk in to the store and you give them an attitude, because I interrupted you video chatting on your phone!The manager lacked customer care skills too!You people should really learn how to talk rather than making faces and raising voice at your customer!Too bad!I would NEVER recommend this store!At this point I am going to switch to verizon!Horrible horrible customer service @at&t store at park west village Morrisville!

I went in to upgrade my phone, mine was about to go south. Claudia and Shy were very personable and helped quickly. Claudia helped make sure my phone info transferred over to the newer one. Overall a great experience.

For some reason it looks like this review will be posted as if by Douglas Black (my husband), but I am sharing my own experience as Galina Black.I went to the Morrisville, NC AT&T store on January 10th to finally get a new phone as my old phone, iPhone 8 (yes, you read it right, version 8), was literally dying. In the years past, we used to go to a bigger location on Walnut street in Cary, but since the Morrisville, NC location was closer to where I live, I decided to give it a try.The store had one AT&T employee, Kyle Tyson, at the time of my visit. I got his undivided attention from start to finish. I still had my iPhone 8 because I was procrastinating to go and get a new phone and had all these fears in the back of my head such as: "Is it going to take forever to get a new phone?", "Will I be stuck in a store for 2-3 hours?", "Am I going to lose my pictures, notes, apps accumulated over the years during the switch from the old phone to the new one"?Kyle put an end to all my fears and was very patient explaining how the transition process will work from start to finish and what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the new iPhone 15 Pro Max, the accessories, the cloud storage, etc. etc. I did not feel any push to purchase a certain phone over another phone; I did not feel any sales pitch at all. I did end up buying a few things for the new phone right in the store, and also upgraded our phone data plan from 6 GB to Unlimited.Excellent, excellent customer service from a very knowledgeable employee! I did not feel rushed and I did not feel like I was asking silly questions. I felt very comfortable asking questions about the new phone and its features since my old phone was purchased so many years ago and things have changed since then.Since this store is on a smaller size compared to, for example, another location such as on Walnut street, it has everything one needs and this store deserves a chance to shine. You will not be disappointed and your needs, questions, and problems will be taken very seriously and professionally. Thank you, Kyle!

Worst experience I have ever had, we moved chairs and sat aside cuz were waiting from 30-35 minutes, finally decide to leave the store and went out and the employe followed us to our car and ask us to put the chairs back around the table,I’ll never go back to att,same day I requested to concert all lines into Verizon

Do not do business with this store or AT&T, they promised and even sent draft copy of bill with 4 lines transfer and we are forced to pay extra every month as some one missed to do some addition correctly, we called customer care and they also don’t know what’s happening. Store manager accepted at&t’s billing fault but did not provide any customer service.When we requested to change the plan to the emailed draft bill store manager asked us to leave the store !
